The Blue Pigeons is a restaurant, rooms, bar and gardens. We are situated in the pretty village of Worth, nestled in-between historic Sandwich and the seaside town of Deal. Our kitchen is led by local talent Scott Hubble. Scott's food is seasonally inspired and locally sourced. His skillful approach elevates the best of Kent's produce to an exquisite, memorable fine dining experience. The restaurant is housed in a vaulted barn with exposed brick and beamed ceilings, soft lighting and comfortable seating. Our piano lounge offers the perfect place for a pre or post dinner cocktail. The jewel in our crown though is the acre of stunning gardens, eat al fresco at one of the tables dotted through our lawns or soak up the sun with a spritz from the garden bar. If you wish to extend your stay we have eight beautiful bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to cater for your every need and the perfect spot to rest post dinner. After closing for 2 weeks for an interior refurb the pub now has a fresh and clean new look. The creation of a proper snug is part of the change and is available for private hire for small gatherings or family occasions. The rear barn has also undergone refurbishment and is now a wonderful room dating back to the 15th Century with oak beams and flagstone floor folding doors open out on to the rear courtyard and river Stour beyond. The barn forms part of the restaurant but can also be made available for small functions and parties of up to 20 - 25 people.

    Had a lovely birthday celebration lunch with my friend on a Monday lunchtime. Nice to have availability of this restaurant on a Monday when many local restaurants are closed. Service was very attentive and helpful, despite 2 in our party cancelling late due to illness this did not hamper anything. New cocktail of the day was a nice addition to our meal. Really enjoyed the set menu option for a lunch and even with that the portions were so fulfilling as all homemade could not manage dessert! Set menu very good value and will be coming again with the guests that missed out!

    We had a wonderful meal at the courtyard. Brie, mussels, oyster, fish and chips, burger and risotto. All really tasty meals. Sufficient child’s menu too. Staff were lovely, and polite and the place has a nice feel to it.

    The King's Head was a perfect cosy lunchtime experience for an Autumnal day. The pub is full of character and great for our our family lunch. The service was quick and the food was excellent.... plenty of choice and options for the veggie in our party. The wild boar sausages were very good indeed.

    First time eating here Staff greeted us very friendly ordered a sharing platter well best £48 ive spent so much food would recommend The Port Arms the drinks were consistently priced with other places we had visited that day Will be back but maybe not order so much food well worth a visit if your in Deal anytime the kitchen does close at 20:30 so I would recommend booking
