We had the most amazing experience here! Our waitress was so very personable and knowledgeable. ( and it was her second shift ) She made our entire experience. From start to finish we had amazing cocktails and wine. We also shared the chefs tasting menu and not one disappointed! The duck chicken wings, Brussel sprouts with smoked sausage, scallops, water buffalo tartare were out of this world! We are big foodies and we can not remember the last time we’ve gone out and had zero complaints! The venue was so stunning we are contemplating getting married here. Also, the owners were there and we were lucky enough to get the chance to meet them. They are extremely lovely people they came by to chat with us and made our evening that much more enjoyable. We absolutely loved the vibes and we can not wait to come back. We highly recommend checking this place out!

My partner and I went on our anniversary to Bolero and it was both our first time there. First I’d like to say that I am Brazilian and have been going to churrascarias since I was little. The staff at Bolero was more than exceptional there and despite the fact that they were not Brazilian, they captured the Brazilian spirit and made me feel like I was back home. The food was perfectly seasoned and even though the meat cuts and ingredients are not made in Brazil the taste was excellent! I would most certainly return and recommend that anyone seeking a “Brazilian experience” to go there as well! From the Feijoada to the Picanha, they have done it right. It’s noteworthy to say that they did not cheap out on meats and I was served constantly and to my satisfaction. Which I can say that other Brazilian steakhouses have not done. Overall we had a great experience, my partner and I. Not only because of the food but also because of the staff! P.s. try the caramelized pineapple with cinnamon.

We got the Margherita Pizza, Rigatoni Pasta and the Garlic Bread as well as the Short Film Drink (my new absolute favourite) and a coke. Prices were reasonable for the amount of food and the quality of the food was outstanding. We were here for a date night and had a great time. We have been to a different location of Bridgette Bar, but this one was so far the best for a dinner date night. Thanks again!

The restaurant has been family-owned and operated since 1974 and in 1984 the restaurant has entered into a partnership with the family farm in Ryder Lake overlooking Chilliwack from the nearby mountains. Our server was an absolute doll, he was so sweet and attentive. The service was amazing. I got the octopus as an appetizer and it genuinely could’ve been a main, it was so delicious. For my majn I got the 7 oz striplon with cesar salad and fries, which was absolutely divine. But the highlight for me was their dessert, I got the chocolate mousse and my friend got the pistachio roulade, both were absolutely spectacular, I would go back a million times just for their dessert. La chef Sophie Tabet, il y a environ dix ans, quitta Montréal pour la France afin d’y suivre des cours au prestigieux Institut Paul Bocuse. Elle travailla dans de nombreux restaurants étoilés en Europe tels que L’Astrance à Paris (3 étoiles Michelin) ou encore au Dal Pascatore en Italie (Relais & Château, 3 étoiles Michelin). En 2010, elle se voit décerner le prix du chef de l’avenir et du meilleur restaurant par l’Académie Internationale de la Gastronomie.
