Pleasant family meal on a Monday night. We decided rather last minute but booked OK on Opentable. Service was friendly and responsive - although seemed it to take a while to get drinks. We shared starters and had a main meal each. All meals were good but not quite great. My mussels were a bit small and the sauce, although tasty, was a little cool. We got the value from it being ‘steak and chips with a pint’ night. Ambiance was very nice as usual and we’ll certainly keep coming. More

Malt + Pepper is London’s first truly beer led, food concept. Beer is at the core of everything we do; whether it’s an ingredient, a marinade or a pairing that elevates the dish. We’re teaming up with local breweries to take spent grain, an often wasted by-product, and turn it into brownies, breads and bases.More

Lovely service and great pasta. Could do with a bit of music but it didn't feel creepy despite being so quiet. Couldn't find a pasta place in Brixton that wasn't some embarrassing pop up or whatever so had to come here and it was ace. More
