Waitress poured noticeably uneven amounts of wine where more than one of us spoke up about it and gave us bill without offering dessert. Many of us left there to go to Kroger for a bag of M&Ms! I went home to eat dessert to cover my craving for sugar. None of us spoke up as we kind of felt rushed not being offered dessert. Not entirely waitresses fault since we could have spoken up, but the ones not paying the bill didn't feel open to ask for more wine or dessert.

We went for a pre-graduation dinner, and we were late to arrive. Our server was FANTASTIC! She made suggestions that would get us in and out quickly. We never waited for anything, our water glasses were never less than half full, and she smiled the entire time. I am still amazed by her level of service. Now, for the food, Everything was fantastic as always! The tomato bisque is not to be missed!

Service was excellent at a time when service is lacking in general. Highly recommended, especially for a special occasion. This was our anniversary and the attention to detail and extra touches like dessert with happy anniversary in chocolate on the tiramisu and champagne toast to start was a nice touch!

I think the staffing is still short. Never got a refill ony diet coke and my son didn't get a refill on lemonade. They made a production on getting the candles on the table but didn't come back to light it after making a production of going to get the lighter.

As soon as we walked in we got a cold welcome from hostess. Our waitress took quite some time to come to the table and seemed to have attitude. We did notice other wait staff was very friendly and attentive to other patrons. Our drinks needed refills and only another waiter noticed and only refilled the water. This was our 1st time here at the establishment and we were disappointed with experience.

Food was good, just didn't have the best server experience. When bringing the food a server spilled pork chop drippings on two people in our party. Ruined our first time here. Furthermore, staff did nothing to rectify this bad experience sans a tepid "I'm sorry".

I was on a date with my man and we’ve been looking for a good Italian place. Stumbled upon Luciano’s and we were blown away. Food is amazing. Service was wonderful, very polite and considerate. Would definitely come back when we’re craving Italian.

Food was excellent. Server was not very attentive. Waited very long time for dessert. No appetizer plates brought but he brought steaming HOT dessert plates that were not needed. Had to flag him down for parm for main courses because dishes were brought to table by another staff member and our server never came to check on us. Had to flag him down to order additional glasses of wine. Very frustrating.

Flew my Mom in from Florida for Mothers Day. 4:30, reservation with a 4:50 seating time was fine but the 1 hour and 20 minute wait time from order placed to table delivery was excessive. Understand it was a holiday, but during off peak hours it seemed very unorganized. Server was nice but never really explained why the food took so long other than “we had an issue with the kitchen”. I like Luciano’s overall, food is tasty and its a nice atmosphere.

Luciano's has long been our "go to " ... in the past 12 months the food have been on a sharp decline. Not as tasty, warm to cold when served. I am thinking we need a different "go to". For the price I expect a lot better.

The service was a little slow today. They seemed to be really busy when we arrived for lunch but the crowd soon died down after 1PM. It took a while to get our food. Waited a long while for refills on our drinks. Most of our dishes were very good but I ordered fettucine alfredo with blackened chicken. The chicken wasn't blackened and it was fairly tough. I'll go back as I am sure it was just one of those days.

I’ve been to this restaurant a couple of times and usually the server is quick to greet you. But this day it took the server a while to greet us and also took a while to come back and check on the table. When we came in it was not busy so I’m not sure if they were short staffed or what. The food was good as always, the wine and dessert.

We (4 of us) dined at Luciano’s to celebrate my daughters 37th bday. Food was delicious and service was over-the-top. Our server brought our daughter a special dessert with candle without being prompted (he was attentive in listening to our early dinner conversation ). Luciano never disappoints !!! Simply awful… Seated 25 minutes after our reservation. Took over an hour to be served. Pasta dishes were very good . My veal was Like a couple of pieces of leather . Overcooked, hard to cut and harder to chew . Will not go back . Was not a good dining experience.
