    I highly recommend Lupo. Both the service and food was excellent. We were there for the first time for a celebratory dinner and it was absolutely lovely. Our server, Carmen, was attentive but also delightful and authentic. We enjoyed all of our courses, with the Rack of Lamb special being especially delicious. Lupo is in a turn of the century house. The ambience was lovely, however if you have mobility issues you should note that there are about 10 steps to the front door and a curved staircase to the second level where the bathrooms are located.

    My wife and I visited this restaurant for our anniversary, but our experience wasn’t pleasant. We had made a reservation a week in advance and even confirmed our attendance one day before our visit, yet we were left waiting at the front desk for 25 minutes. It appeared that the restaurant didn’t pay much attention to special requests either, which was disappointing, especially considering their inability to accommodate confirmed reservations. We also noticed some issues with ventilation and airflow in the restaurant. The main floor had a strong food odor, while upstairs was slightly better in that regard. However, both floors were extremely noisy, forcing us to shout just to hear each other. It seems that the concept of a heritage house isn’t very suitable for accommodating large crowds, and this completely contradicted our expectation of a romantic dinner. On a positive note, the food was quite good. It’s unfortunate that the potential of the talented chefs and servers might be better utilized elsewhere.

    My 2 friends were delayed so I had to wait for them. My server was very understanding and went out of her way to make sure I was looked after while I was waiting. She coordinated our food quickly when they arrived as we were going to the theatre. The food was delicious. She was outstanding!

    Excellent menu with lots of options. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Food was well presented and hot. We had the Osca Buko and sablefish both of which were excellent. Would highly recommend.

    Unique setting in a 2 storey "house". Delicious food with generous portions for the pasta with lots of the "toppings". My teenagers loved the focaccia bread with tomato, onion and zucchini on top, and the wagyu carpaccio was excellent. The pasta dishes were very tasty but the Fettuccini, Nero and the Spaghettini were too salty after a while. The Gnocchi is very nice - the best I've tasted.

    Good and vibe are great but could be a bit noisy and hard to hear each other. Food is fabulous. Portion is relatively large in comparison to other "fancy" restaurants. I do appreciate they intend to serve their customers enough food other than staring at the big empty plate. Overall, it's a good restaurant that I will revisit again in the near future.

    Outstanding service by friendly and fun staff. One of the only places i actually feel like the employees enjoy working in customer service. Even though it’s probably been a year or so since we had been there, we were recognized right away. We had a great evening with our friends, good food and nice wine. If you want a good evening out just make the reservation.

    The ambience and service was first class. The appetizers and desserts were excellent. The mains, a pasta and a heavy protein, were good but also quite expensive and thus the combination was somewhat underwhelming - dishes over $50 each should be incomparably good. The service though was warm and welcoming and had little touches that made the evening worthwhile. I would definitely return but be a little more careful regarding the main entree selection.

    Haven’t been down for a while and have missed it. Now I know why, best service anywhere the food is to die for. Not one dish wasn’t perfect and we had quite a few. Jens 50th birthday was great and something she will never forget. Mo and Matt made us feel like we were part of the family again and not only kept our glasses full but made sure we wanted for nothing, even to the point of moving our vehicle to a safe place for the night and making sure we got home safe. Definitely the best place in town for any occasion or just to hang out.

    An absolute delightful dinner experience. Our waitress was friendly and was able to explain and recommend items from the menu. The food was amazing and left us wanting more. We will definitely be coming back!!

    Came here for a business meal for out of town guests and we were so well taken care of. Food was amazing (burrata, veal carpaccio, focaccia, Italian sausage rigatoni, tagliatelle, and pesto linguine) and service was great. Always a bit on the pricey side but it’s a great place for a great Italian meal
