   Sea bass was delicious, fish of the day was grouper and also very good. Our waiter Vic did a great job. Definitely a great place for a nice night out.

   We were very disappointed with all 4 meals. The quality of food was very poor. The chicken was chewy and dry and the brunch items were poorly prepared. We were expecting at a least decent food for the price and were very dissatisfied with the food. Also, there was a hair in the cake and when we told the waitress, she just took the plate without any kind of apology. Would not recommend.

   To be honest, two of our party had stomach and intestinal distress soon after eating. One rather severe . We strongly suspect the Scottish Salmon as both had this meal….. both were feeling great prior to dinner. This has made me(as the host of the party) very suspect as to kitchen food safety and precautions

   Service was excellent appetizers were delicious as always however one main course (veal) was way under cooked (raw actually) and with every restaurant the wine was overpriced.

    We have dined at M many times. However, this was the first time we dined indoors. The crowds are gone so the restaurant was pleasantly quiet. I cannot rate the noise level “in season.” As always, the food and service were excellent. We have never bin been disappointed. It is definitely one of our favorite restaurants. We had the spring roll appetizer which was delicious. I had a pasta special with shrimp, lobster, and scallops. I don’t usually like scallops because very few restaurants wash them well enough to remove all the sand grit. These were perfectly washed and prepared. Others at our table enjoyed the halibut, and the veal and shrimp pasta dish. We did not order dessert, but did get to sample a piece of key lime pie that was gratis for our birthday guest. It was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

    We asked to be seated outside well ahead of our dinner date. You did not accommodate us. My husband’s fish was not good. This was disappointing since we usually like M Waterfront Grill.

    The food was good. The service was not. The lone waitress tried her best but was overwhelmed. The food took forever to be served. The waitress disappeared after we ordered dessert and hot tea. I did fund her inside waiting on others. She apologized and did bring the dessert. She had to be reminded again about the tea. Would not go back although the restaurant is beautiful.

    The outside patio view was amazing, our server was attentive, helpful and really down to earth. We were very impressed with her demeanor even observing how she dealt with impolite other patrons. Overall it was 10 of 10, as they took great care of us for our anniversary!!!!!!!

    Restaurant was very nicely-appoiwnted in a wonderful waterfront setting. But I think the food was extremely overpriced for what you were served. I had red snapper that was tasteless, and very overpriced at $45. The creamed spinach should've been called spinach-ed cream, way too much cream and not much spinach. The crowning blow was when my wife ordered a glass of the house cabernet, and when I got the bill the charge was $24.50 for HOUSE WINE!! (We only paid $14 for premium liquor there.) I know Naples is supposed to be posh, but we have eaten at many Naples restaurants that are fairly-priced with much better food.

    We went on Mothers Day. They had a shortened menu for Mothers Day. The food was very good. My prime rib was over cooked which was a bummer. I ordered med rare and it was closer to medium well. I’m not one to complain so I ate it. Still tasted good. Need to give it another shot with the full menu though. Drinks were excellent and our waitress was excellent.

    Very good food, two of us had the prime rib, the other had ham. Great service. This was a limited menu because of Mother's Day. The only problem was all 3 appetizers were milk based or had cheese. My girlfriend is lactose intolerant (not that rare), leaving her with a couple of poor choices. And horror of horrors, they ran out of key lime pie at 2:30.

    Disappointing visit. I accept that it’s difficult for the kitchen on a holiday, but the quiche was to totally devoid of flavour, and the donut was heavy. The beet salad was a bright spot.

    Although we asked friends who frequent Naples, I found M Waterfront Grill on my own from viewing several rating sites. We are at the highest rated restaurants in Naples and MWG was, by far, our favorite. We had Andrew as our server, who was friendly and excellent. The calamari, the watermelon and beet salads were great. The shrimp In the shrimp cocktail were the largest I’ve ever seen. The short ribs and meatball pomodoro were great. The donuts and bread pudding were incredible desserts! I was very happy with our experience! On another trip, I would book MWG first.

    Our first time at “M”. Five of us went for brunch on Sunday at 11:30. It wasn’t busy but did fill up around noon. The restaurant is very nice inside and also has both front porch and water view porch dining The menu for brunch is somewhat limited but very complete. We even found there are several things available there aren’t listed so just ask if you don’t see something that you like. Service was very professional and quick. We were in and out in just a little over an hour without feeling rushed which was perfect for lunch/brunch. We look forward to coming back and trying the dinner menu in the future. Thank you for a pleasant time!

    So disappointing ! We drove an hour to celebrate a birthday at this restaurant based on all the great reviews. We were surprised the restaurant was not more upscale based on the prices. But setting that aside we looked forward to a great meal. Unfortunately that did not happen. Two of us ordered the lobster & 1 ordered Sea bass. All of our dinners were cold including the side of creamed spinach. Additionally the lobster was over cooked . No one came back to check on us so we ate our cold dinners . When we did mention it to our server, we were given a card for a free appetizer. Hardly compensation when none of the food was hot.

    Went for my fiancé's birthday and the service was extraordinary. Katie, our server, did everything she could to help the birthday celebration be amazing! The food was really good but not up to some other restaurants at a similar price point. My lobster tails were small for the price, again compared to comparable restaurants. Overall, I'd recommend M but it wouldn't be the first on the list. We left in a great mood, full bellies, and overall satisfied.
