   This was our first experience at Mahogany, we chose the Downtown location. The ambience and service was great, but we had some issues with our food. I started out with the Lobster Bisque as an appetizer. It was really good and I finished the entire bowl but I did have to pick out some shell that was left in there. The hot rolls and whipped butter were delicious. I got the 10 oz NY Strip medium rare and it was cooked exactly how I wanted it. It was good and seasoned well. My husband got the 18 oz dry aged ribeye that was considered their special. They explained the process of how it was done and he was intrigued. It was less than desirable, he ate it because it was an $80 steak but it wasn’t juicy and some pieces were dried out like a rib when it was suppose to be more tender than regular cuts of meat. Management did step in so we appreciated that. We took the chocolate cake to go, it was just average. Overall it was an underwhelming experience unfortunately.

   Great food and wine selection. Steaks were cooked to perfection and the hailbut was cooked perfectly as well. If you are looking for a solid place in downtown OKC this is your spot

    This is by far the best steakhouse in OKC, maybe the best steakhouse I’ve ever been to. The service is perfection. I never ran out of anything to drink and our table was alway clean. The warm rolls and whipped butter are amazing. There are a lot of amazing shareable sides, but my favorite so far are the mashed potatoes and french fries. Seriously the best french fries I ever had. Sorry, I wasn’t brave enough to try to really fancy seafood appetizers, maybe next time. I had the filet mignon, and it was divine. This is an extremely nice upscale steakhouse without being stuffy. I highly recommend Mahogany if you’re looking to have a great evening and a great steak dinner.

    The food was outstanding, drinks were reasonably priced, portions did not disappoint, but the service was mediocre at best. Had two male servers that failed to check on us very often.

    Mahogany is always wonderful. Everything was perfect. They made an effort to get us out in time for Chris Rock. We’ve been many times. Chrislette ( that’s not spelled right I’m sure ) was the best server we’ve ever had at Mahogany.

    There seems to be a presence of ladies of the evening in the bar area. Unfortunately, we were seated for dinner adjacent to the bar area at 8:45 so we were aware of all the coming and going. My husband’s steak was well done and he had requested medium. The Hotel California cocktail was amazing! I enjoyed it very much. The bread was wonderful!

    We love this restaurant, but we are rushed every single time. It’s not exactly a cheap meal. We want to enjoy our dinner, it seems the staff wants to get us out as fast as possible. I wasn’t even done eating last night before they took my plate and started to pack it. Unbelievable.

    Service and food were exquisite as always! The steak was so tender and perfect, my six year old cold even cut it with his fork. This time I tried two different items: The Winter in Jalisco and Chocolate cake, both were incredible and I highly recommend them! This chocolate, on chocolate on chocolate had the perfect combination of the berry sauce and mousse. The Winter in Jalisco reminded me of Mexican ponche with the perfect hint of canela (cinnamon). The North Coast Salmon, is a favorite of mine I almost always have to order. As well as the Mac ‘n cheese and chive whipped potatoes. The Spinach risotto is always a top pick, also! Mahogany is definitely an experience and nice treat you deserve.

    My wife and I enjoyed a date night, started out in the bar, where Jessica was very attentive. We had reservations @ 6:45pm, but to our delight, we were seated early. The food is amazing, all the people that came by our table, filling water glasses, making sure we had bread, ( too many names to remember) just amazing service. Oh did I mention the food is amazing.

    NYE, reservation at 10:15, table was ready, staff and service were excellent. Ordered an 8 oz filet, scallops and tuna tartar for the table - they beautifully plated all 3 together, sliced the steak, dressed the plate with lovely green - it was fantastic! It was the perfect way to ring in the New Year! Thanks Mahogany!

    The food was delicious and the portions were large ( you’ll most likely need a to-go container). We visited on NYE, so it was busy. They didn’t seem to have enough waitstaff as we waited for drinks fro close to 10+minutes and my wine came out before my gf soda. There were large gaps of time were we went without any service. Outside of this, the food was really good. We shared the tenderloin on toast points, Cowboy ribeye, potatoes au gratin, Mac and cheese, and carrot cake.. everything was delicious! Definitely a must try!
