Fantastic food - we had the pancake stack and eggs benedicte - both were amazing! Great service, friendly staff - overall a great place to visit!

A lovely restaurant staffed by really friendly, welcoming and efficient people, many of whom are excellent volunteers, who are wholly professional about their roles. Huge respect for Sue, the maitre d' who always shows real care for her diners and is always brilliantly efficient, friendly and unflappable. Eating at The Grange is always an enjoyable experience. Always...highly recommended.

The three of us enjoyed our meals and the food was good annd served hot, especially enjoyed the crumble. The menu stated that ravioli came with a side salad but I was told that it didn’t. I declined the offer to purchase one. Hence cannot award 5 stars.

The food and service is fantastic and I cannot wait to return. The new extended restaurant is absolutely fabulous but lacks atmosphere due to the restrictions on background music which is such a shame because low level music would have lifted the new area and made it totally 5* however this would not put me off.

Great atmosphere for New Year’s Day, fantastic service, and overall good food.( we were given a used lemon on one dish and the batter was soggy on the fish and chips but everything else was spot on !)
