Under the guidance of chef-director Adam Bennett, we have held a Michelin star for over nine years and are proud to boast three AA Rosettes. We received a Good Food Award Gold Seal in 2021.
The Cross is housed in a Grade II listed 19th-century inn and has been sympathetically restored to retain its heritage alongside contemporary touches that make it a fabulous place to enjoy great food, a casual atmosphere and informal but attentive service.
Our main dining room is a former school room that leads to a cosy and welcoming bar - previously a butcher's shop.
Another dining room overlooks the pass, where guests can glimpse the team of chefs busily at work.
We have a green and spacious pub garden, perfect for aperitifs, cocktails and post-dinner drinks.
With great ales, drafts, crafts & wine, as well as some of your Great British pub grub favourites, there's really no reason not to visit The Bull's Head.
Our team of devoted Thai chefs offer an enticing menu of signature & special dishes, quickly earning us a noteworthy reputation.
We welcome you to join us. Experience our informal, attentive service & authentic Thai cuisine within our fabulous, historical 400 year old Inn.

The Rose Inn is located in the beautiful rural area of North Warwickshire in the village of Baxterley with stunning views over Leicestershire, Birmingham and on
into the far distance.
The Rose sits opposite the site of the old Baddesley colliery, behind the village green and duck pond with an orchard and large relaxing area overlooking the pond.
Originally believed to be a 'Gentleman's residence', the building dates back to the 18th century and has served as a courthouse, jail, mortuary and for more than a hundred years as a public house.
We have a diverse and thoughtful menu, locally-sourced and seasonally adjusted, as well as a comprehensive range of fine wines and beers from all over the world.
'The Vintner' derives its name from the year 1600, when John Smith traded, along with his wife, as a wine merchant (vintner) in this building. It is more than likely that William Shakespeare purchased his wine from here!
The chic interior and exterior designs are sure to make you feel you are dinning in true luxury surroundings, with a beautifully landscaped garden which boasts an extravagant water feature and rockery. A perfect place for those social media photos.
- SspattsLeicestershire •6 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoPre Christmas dinner with a good friend. Easy to book online and prompt relies back from restaurant. The tasting menu is better value ( £30 dearer than the three courses ) and the crispy duck egg was the best dish by far! The duck was lovely too. The soufflé for dessert was the course that kept us waiting ( due to perfection required from The kitchen as the first batch had split ) but entertained with mint tea and petit fours. Enjoyed the experience : good food and not pretentious and good variety within the tasting menu. Good parking and lounge area too. There is a premier inn nearby Balsall Common should you wish to stay overnight .More infoThe Cross at KenilworthPrice: Very Expensive• British• Kenilworth•4.8
- JJudy222London •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoAll four of us were all very impressed with this restaurant and a lovely evening. The food is extremely tasty and of a very high quality and it is also wonderfully presented - the service was also extremely good too with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We don't normally drink sherry / desert wines but tried both and really enjoyed the change and the quality of what was on offer. We will be back! Thank you.More infoBaserriPrice: Expensive• Spanish• Leamington Spa•4.8
- VOValO1 review5.0Dined on 16 Nov 2023I can’t remember our waiter’s name, but he was extremely courteous, on the ball and very friendly! I ordered my favourite dish, but I didn’t feel like the pasta was fresh, but rather warmed up or heated as it was chewy and rubbery, but it is my favourite so I just ate it. But maybe keep gat in mind as sift pasta would’ve been nicer 👍👍👍 The atmosphere was cosy, dimmed lights and very relaxed 👍👍More infoCarluccio's - Leamington SpaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Italian• Leamington Spa•4.2
