Two of us dined here in February 2023 and enjoyed the Valentine's Day menu. Food was well prepared and delicious. Wait staff were prompt, friendly, and professional and meal and drink service were well-timed. Although the restaurant was quite busy on the night, the noise levels were subdued and it was possible to have a quiet conversation. We were late to our reservation and staff were very understanding. would recommend, especially if you are staying in the Fairmont.
