Nice spot to meet some out-of-town friends! Some friends were visiting from abroad and we met them here. They had their 4-month old with them, and were made to feel very welcome. He slept most of the way through dinner and when he woke up, he had an army of admiring fans from all sides! The waitress was friendly and attentive. Service was a little slow for the drinks, which arrived just as we were about to enquire about them. We went for a mix of plates from the early bird menu. The poached egg and bhaji combination was delicous, but came on a bed of dry, plain spinach and was topped with a fairly large amount of natural yoghurt that seemed odd, and I didn't feel quite worked - I think if the spinach was dressed with something fruity, and the yoghurt served as a dip on the side it would be much better. My friends had the oysters which were very good apparently, and the scotch egg with asparagus also got the thumbs up. The boxty, as others have said here, was a little small for a main, and expensvie at 20 euros but as part of the early bird worked out as 23 for two courses which was much more reasonable. I had the hummus and flatbread, (It is meant as a starter but I had it as a main), which again at 11 euros was a little on the steep side for a starter in a very causual diing spot, and was literally a pot of hummus and 4 pieces of flatbread. The chips with garlic aioli were divine, and good value at 4 euro. Overall decent food, and relatively good value as we went for the early bird, but would I think it does fall on the expensive side if going for the a la carte. Location-wise it is right in the city centre and just across from Temple bar, so bearing that in mind its good value for the area. We would definitely return as a causal dining spot with friends - top tip - try to make the early bird, and ask for the yoghurt on the side if going for the bhajji! More

We really enjoyed our meal in the Yarn, they were very accommodating with my request for a window seat out on the terrace which was very much appreciated and the staff were really friendly! We got the NYC pizza and the Margarita one, both were delicious and were a nice big portion too. The cocktail list is fab, I got the strawberry tarragon gin one and it was amazing! Loved The Yarn and would definitely recommend to all and return again! More

Burgers | North City Centre, Dublin 1

Here at Bobos Burgers we're all about...well...The Burgers. We spend time to create Gourmet Irish Burgers that tantalise the tastebuds and pride ourselves on the quality of the produce we use. Everything on the menu is carefully selected to deliver the highest quality to your plate and palate.

While it is well known that the 'first bite is with the eye' we extend this to the decor to create a unique dining experience in Dublin. Far from just another burger restaurant we are dedicated to making the atmosphere and the food in sync.

Since opening the first Bobos on Wexford Street Dublin we have expanded onto Dublin's premiere boulevard Dame Street and since July 2016 have opened our first restaurant on the Northside of the Dublin's City Centre located @ 74 Middle Abbey Street just off O'Connell Street.More
