SingleThread was a fantastic experience. First of all, the food was amazing in both presentation and flavor. As a person who does not eat seafood, I was very impressed with the team's flexibility and amazing customizations - I never felt like I was missing out on anything and had some of the best vegetarian food ever while my husband greatly enjoyed the seafood versions. We also did the non alcoholic drink pairings and the drinks were a highlight, with huge variety and excellent quality. It was also the best service I've ever received. The whole team, even those normally helping other tables, went above and beyond and were very friendly and professional. I can't wait to go back someday, and my only advice would be to be sure to come hungry!

An evening at Folia is always something to look forward to. It’s elegant but approachable, with an ever-changing selection of seasonal fare prepared with care and precision. The service is always impeccable. We dined on the patio for the first time, and it felt like a luxe escape after a busy work week. Highlights were the beef carpaccio, followed by a perfect spiny lobster ravioli and the best lemon pavlova I’ve ever had. Highly recommended for a lovely evening out.

Absolutely outstanding. We LOVED every dish we ordered and the service was exceptional. But best of all was meeting Bob Valette, an incredibly accomplished man and very proud father. What a great night!

Celebrated my 75th birthday with my spouse. Can’t say enough about the food, service and the view. Definitely my favorite restaurant right now. 

The Blue Wing, saloon and restaurant is always consistently good. The musical was great as it was on Monday night blues night always a good time!
