Rootz Hill’s Grillhouse delivered one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve had in Guam. The ribeye was cooked perfectly to my liking—tender, juicy, medium-rare and packed with rich flavor in every bite. The mashed potatoes, veggies, and warm dinner rolls complemented the meal perfectly. The mushroom risotto was just as good too. The restaurant had an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere, making it perfect for both special occasions and a relaxing, intimate dinner. Service was attentive, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. I ate there on a Wednesday to celebrate my son's 19th birthday. The food was delicious as usual and I especially enjoyed the sushi, snow crab, and beef stew. The desserts were also fantastic. The sushi staff also prepared my favorite unagi nigiri, which was so nice of them. To top it off the staff gave my son a nice little birthday cake and the kind server even joined us in singing happy birthday. Overall a great experience.
