I celebrated my birthday. Our waitress Tory was awesome. She offered to take birthday picture and video of us singing. Her recommendations were great. We came from Baltimore, MD which is it an 1hr and half drive. It was absolutely worth it. The fried cauliflower, lamb stir fry, crunchy chicken, cheese cake, and shrimp and lobster risotto was absolutely delicious. Our Mocktails were good also. Who doesn't love Halal smores. We will be coming back with all of our family and friends.
The entrees were all outstanding for the four in our party. The tasty tender lamb shank was accompanied by an unusual mildly spicy risotto. The salmon was perfect inasmuch as the outside had a slight crust and the inside was medium rare on top of a bed of sabzi. The vegetarian platter had a good balance of four different vegetable concoctions including carrot, eggplant, sabzi, and pumpkin (or squash, not sure). My son's chicken platter with rice was obviously very enjoyable as he devoured it and guarded it from being sampled by the others in our party. We will back!
Food was outstanding. Standouts were the zucchini fritters, chicken sliders, jalapeño corn and meatballs. Service was a bit overbearing. Too anxious to remove plates.
Restaurant has gotten shabby. Needs sprucing up.
