Boasting a delicious tapas style food menu; freshly cooked vegan, fish, meat & gluten-free dishes made to order and locally sourced. Alongside, we have beautiful cocktails,mocktails, premium spirits and mixers, ice cold bottled beers, ciders, wines and non-alcoholic beverages.
Our culture is simple; provide food and drink unparalleled in taste and quality, with the service to match. We strive to make everyone who walks through our door feel like a true foodie during their time here.

Koocha was founded in 2018 as Bristol’s first totally vegan restaurant – a plant pioneer, we’ve led the way for animal-free cuisine across the city.
What really sets us apart though is the big, unexpected and delicious spices and flavours from Persia and the Middle East that infuse every dish in our bountiful menu.
Our food is as fresh as it comes, sourced locally and sustainably, everything is made from scratch by our talented team. And whether you’re vegan or not, we pride ourselves on our seductive fare – even the most devout meat eaters have declared their love after a meal at one of our tables.

Reimagining their much-loved restaurant, Casa will offer a contemporary, accessible, yet refined take on traditional Italian dining, acting as a sibling to Peter’s Michelin-starred Spanish institution Paco Tapas next door. The 66-cover restaurant will offer a similarly relaxed environment in which to enjoy a dynamic menu created by Peter and Executive Chef Joel Breakwell.

Comprised of two halves; a dog friendly, classic British pub on one side, and a relaxed, comfortable restaurant on the other. We proudly offer an authentic modern British menu, a hand-selected wine list, Cask Ales and three open hearths.
Our menu is perfect for sharing with family and friends, and we take great pride in the fact our produce is meticulously sourced from Bristol and the surrounding countryside.

Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing sharing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. They have a range of freshly made juices and also Vietnamese beers and a large wine and cocktail list. Pho’s menu is 40% vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free too.     I’ve been to Pho many times but this was the first time I brought my 8yo. The service was amazing, adult menu never disappoints. My son ordered bun noodles from the kids menu. It turned out one of the ingredients is fresh ginger. Sounds delicious to an adult, but unfortunately very “spicy” for children. End of story? We had to swap and I ended up eating the noodles and my son happily devoured my (non spicy) pho. Will have to visit again to have my pho only to myself 😅

    Fantastic service from beginning to end. Although my daughter would have liked a balti she enjoyed what limited choices was on the menu. Delicious food! Would definitely be coming back. Very clean and spacious and have tables outside too. Air conditioned which was lovely from being outside on such a hot day. Staff was helpful and cheerful. See you again soon!
