We got the tasting menu with the wine pairing. Every morsel of food and sip of wine was exquisite. The servers were polite and professional - there when you needed them and not there when you didn’t. Callout to the sommelier and his delightful stories about each wine. We will be back. Thank you to the Chef and the staff. Our server made sure to answer questions and proactively explained the menu, highlighting guest favorites and his recommendations. I've been here multiple times, but it was the first time for my guest. My guest and I split the kale salad as an appetizer, and I ordered a bowl (bison burger patty, sweet potato hash and Brussel sprouts. Every bite was perfect. She ordered the mahi mahi fish tacos with a side of Brussel sprouts. She loved them. I was there for my birthday, and the server surprised us with a small glass of champagne for me and my guest.
