"Lou Pécou" is the Provençal word for the stalk that holds a cluster of fruit. To our grandparents, it was the ultimate test of quality. They taught us to feel and pick the pécou to know exactly if a piece of produce was local, ripe, and genuinely fresh.
We’ve kept that exact same obsession with ingredients, but we've pointed it in a new direction: a modern, Italian-inspired menu built around what's fresh and sourced locally.
