- BBrentDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoPlate was a truly exceptional experience. Everyone was super friendly and the food was top-notch. We especially loved the mussels - the sauce they use is brilliant. We've had mussels all over the world and these were the best. Other highlights were the pork chop with a sweet potato puree and the cucumber mignonette for the oysters. Overall, whoever is creating their menu has some real talent and it shines through in the subtle touches to elevate common dishes to their pinnacle. We were very impressed.More infoPlatePrice: Moderate• American• Stowe•5
