Food excellent as always and the team are super friendly. The halibut, fresh crab, and cod are stand outs and the Specials menu offers a wide range of locally caught fish. Potted Lobster is our go to destination every time we’re in Northumberland

I made a last minute booking with my two young, very tired children as we were staying in the area whilst on holidays. The express menu available until 6pm was very reasonable (2 courses for 26 pounds) and they were flexible in adding fries to the fish for the children rather than potatoes. My steak was excellent and cooked exactly how I wanted it - better than any I have had in a while. Overall, very happy with our experience.

Excellent service and generally delicious food. Obviously a very popular place with the ambience very welcoming. All but one of the dishes served were top class. The only disappointment was the roast beef which was decidedly stringy and tough.

I had dinner here last night, and it was amazing! The flat iron chicken was delicious and my friend’s ribeye was perfectly cooked. Alessia our server, provided outstanding service she was attentive and friendly throughout. Great food and excellent hospitality—I’ll definitely be back!
