Warm cosy and busy on a cold Saturday night. Excellent range of starters, would recommend the sharing camembert, salted squid and very interesting French onion soup. Chicken risotto provided enough chicken for Billy to eat when we got home. Slow cooked pork melted in your mouth and black pudding was memorable. The food and atmosphere etc were amazing. The only thing that let it down was we seemed to be rushed. We savored our "small plates" meal and as soon as we finished them, our main courses were delivered even before our table had been cleared of our "small plates". Gorgeous place. The service was attentive without being too intrusive as well. And the little touch at the end to highlight our celebration was so thoughtful. Highly recommend.
