White Waltham Restaurants

Beautiful setting overlooking the River Thames at Boulters Lock. Service was extremely professional and on arrival this made an excellent impression. Our table for 2 was next to the verandah overlooking the river so the view was superb. The menu was very good and they had a lovely specials menu. My wife had the cod in a curried potato and spinach sauce and I had the steak Diane - both of which were delicious, well presented and decent size portions. I had the aubergine for starters which was also very good. We had a lovely bottle of wine with the meal and the total bill was under £100. We are already planning our next visit. (PS Car parking is not great at the restaurant itself with only a few spaces available so you will need to drop off and then park the car in the nearby Boulders Lock car park which is a 5 min walk away).

Absolutely cracking meal As usual ordered two courses not had before Starter- Rabbit and black pudding scotch egg, summer peas Main - Homily pie, hospice cabbage, smoked cheddar sauce Both delicious and very tasty Well done to the chef and the girls serving so polite and informative when asked questions.

Delicious food, well presented and served by friendly and helpful people, surprisingly good Indian wine - lovely!

Second time here. As good as the last. Excellent food. Modern Indian cuisine. Very friendly service. We took a guess on the bill at the end and we were all way over. Very good value, especially at lunch time with various offers on.

Really enjoyed the evening a the Belgian Arms food and service was excellent and will return again. We were really well looked after and the steak and the lamb were top quality.
