Completely enjoyable! We sat at the bar, where we could see Celia's excellent mixology while enjoying terrific cocktails. The food was fabulous. My chicken dish was among the very best I've ever had, and the shepherd's pie was both artistic and delicious. The volume of the music was kept just right to be a pleasant accompaniment and allow effortless conversation. All that in a gorgeous space. If we're ever in Cardiff again, we'll be back.

Nice lunch with plenty of choices. All had different pasta which were really tasty. Staff very helpful and attentive.

It is a long time since we have eaten at Brook Bistro. As we approached, the new enclosed front terrace looked very inviting. But we had opted for outdoor seating. We took advantage of the warm weather to enjoy an early dinner in the delightful, new garden at the rear of Brook Bistro. The half price Steak Tuesday deal made our meal very good value. The fillet steak was tasty and perfectly cooked and the chunky, triple cooked chips were a perfect, crispy accompaniment - as was our bottle of Oath Shiraz. The server was friendly and efficient without being intrusive. We will return.
