Pésimo , overpriced food. Skirt steak very chewy. Had to ask for another type of knife to be able to cut it. It was not the knifes. It was the steak. Never again.
The food was horrible.
I never write negative reviews as I am in the business. And yes it was NYE. Yes they were busy. Yes it’s Covid. Yes. Yes. Yes.
That being said - we sat for 33 min before I had to get up and get drinks from the bar. We sat another 15 minutes before I had to stop someone and ask them to take our order. And there was a 10 min discussion as to why she couldn’t. Eventually she did. One hour after arrival our food came - cold, sitting in the window for a while - we could see it.
We ate two bites. No one noticed. We asked for a check and left.
Whatever you do - do it right. Mgmt was seen talking to each other for 30 min beside the bar and it interacting w guests or helping staff. They walked by us three times and did not notice our facial expressions or uneaten food.
May be a good place. But we didn’t feel it.
An excellent venue for New Years Eve or any celebration.
Ecw years eve, so was packed, but they still did a nice job. The crazy corn app and the chips with dips really good. Very fresh .
Chimnichurri steak excellent too. Wasn’t crazy about fish tacos- the pieces of fish were too big and kept falling out- but tge fush was good.
Sangrias also good- wish we had room for dessert
We had lunch at Paradiso 37 while visiting Florida. The food was very good most of us had the Fish Tacos. The portions where filling, the service was friendly. Thank you.
The staff was welcoming and accommodating. They seated 15 of us at one table and on the patio which was my criteria. Food is ok but service was great.
Great atmosphere. Great drunks and bartender was nice. We we told at the door that they were booked for the night. no reservations available. We went to open table to check....and yes they had reservations open. Got in within the hour. Hispanic hostess rude and not willing to let us go to bat and hang out til table was ready. Hispanic waitress didn't wait on us no water no silverware until we flagged her down. Tuna poke was excellent
Server went above and beyond. Top shelf blood orange margarita. Burger was an amazing value and prepared better than most gastro pub burgers.
The hostess was kind enough to seat us 15 minutes early, although we fully expected to wait for our reservation time.
Will absolutely return next year.
Food was great! Service was very slow and they weren't very busy.
Food was below average. Had better at cheaper places. I realize it is at Disney Springs so it will cost more. However there are much better options available on site. Service was good but the food was not good enough to warrant the price.
The strip steak was good, but overall I felt the menu was limited and it was overpriced for what it was.
The hostess was not very friendly and kept talking to her coworker we were not there. 10 minutes after we arrived she led us to our table. The food was horrible. The bun for the chicken sandwich was burned, the fries undercooked. The quezon on the appitizer was cold. The chips were stale. All in all it was horrible
I was not impressed by our experience unfortunately. It was our second time visiting and remember it being great the first time but not this time, very disappointing. The food quality was not great and the service was poor. The waitress seem to be in a bad mood and lack of energy. She brought us the food incorrectly, my steak wasn’t how I ordered it and at the end she was just plain rude. The fact thaf I speak Spanish does not make me a less valued customer (and the waitress was also from Latin America which makes it more unbelievable and ridiculous). Needless to say that I won’t be returning there.
The hostess wasn't friendly. The food was all frozen food that were being reheated. Overall not good. Did not eat my food and had to eat somewhere else.
It was nothing special. Food was average, just a level above a chain like Ruby Tuesday, Chili’s etc. It’s not authentic poutine. Prices are on the high side for what you get- but it’s Disney so not sure I expected different on pricing.
Service was good. Likely won’t return.
Wanted to try something new in Disney Springs rather than somewhere we've already been. Service was good ,pleasant and attentive. Were told the fish for the fish tacos was Mahdi, but it clearly was not ! Either tilapia or cod. I'm a fish coneseur and know my fish. The batter was heavy and salty. No love in this food or presentation. Extremely disappointing. Fries were undercooked and truffle seasoning left a lot to question. This is a restaurant with a Latin flair, but the menu lacks any flair to match. On a good note, the fried empanada was pretty good.
Terrific server. Hostess and manager looked bored and were unfriendly. My table of 3 ordered 2 fish tacos and 1 entrée salad. Food was just ok, but very poor value for the cost. Two out of three cocktails were good; the 20-ounce margarita was watery and tasteless. We were seated by the water, but the view is obscured by glass garage doors and railings. Looks like a full bar, but did not have the digestif I wanted.
Overall, this is a boring, overpriced restaurant. It’s a Applebee’s but double the price.
The location with a view of the lake was lovely. Food was delicious. My son loved the Colombian burger. I almost gave it a 4 star due to it took a little for someone to come at the table. The person behind the bar said there were 2 servers only. It’s the world we live in. Once the server came she was lovely and caring. We will definitely be back!
Poke was a little spicy not noted on menu, but was still very good
Guacamole was awesome. Food was awesome. Staff was very nice and attentive!
We loved the view of the water as we ate our meal. The service was good!
Yvette is an amazing server! The empanadas were very tasty. However, the menu was incredibly limited, not as many options as advertised online. I was there for my birthday, and quite frankly, would have chosen another venue to eat at if I knew the options were so limited. I left there and ordered food somewhere else.
Wow, so so bad. Only worthy item was the hamburger. Everything else was either tasteless or in the case of the salad, had only a hint of toppings. Basically a big bowl of lettuce for $16. Incredibly bad food experience.
Drinks were good, food average, very crowded, our table was basically in a walkway, understaffed on waiters so service was slow even though they were trying hard, basic tourist restaurant, pricey, crowded and myeh food with limited choices
This is not a Mexican restaurant. Has only two options quesadillas and fish tacos. The fish tacos were fish nuggets tossed into a tortilla. Service was ok.
Great Service with good selection of food . Oh the wonderful deserts!
Enjoyed lunch outside on deck! Food was good but not remarkable. Would probably not go back for the food.
Considering the location we understood our food was going to take a while to come out. After ordering, our food took an hour to arrive. Our server never asked us for a refill on our drinks or stopped by our table. When our food came it was cold and i had to send my plate back. My family was so hungry that they ate their cold plates. I ordered a burger and it was burnt to a crisp. I called the server over and she saw how burnt it was and offered to take it back.
She offered chips and salsa as a substitute since any other plate that I would have ordered was going to take a while to come out.
I ate the chips and salsa for my dinner just to have something in my stomach.
I had gone to this restaurant when it first opened and it has completely gone down. Our bill was $130 for cold unappetizing food.
We never want to come back
We have been there several times bringing friends from out of town. Always a great meal and friendly service staff.
great food and the place was awesome having the store around the area makes for a great date night
Overall good meal, food had good flavor. Only complaint is while the service was excellent, the food did not come out hot, mainly the fries.
Food was great! Service amazing!
The restaurant was extremely accommodating for our party of 17 and Mario was a great server!
It was good second time there food was great drinks as well and music too
Food was greasy and no flavor to it. Local chain restaurants are better and a quarter of the price. Way over priced for overcooked and burnt food.
