Most importantly food and service were terrific. Have been coming for 19 years but hadn’t been in 6 months. A few quibbles: everything is pricey, markup on wine is 4x which is excessive. Could use a refresh — booths are old and show it

Mussels were excellent, as were the mushroom crepes. The cheese platter was disappointing--barely a bite of the three delicious cheeses. Definitely not worth the price. Sad, because the fig jam and lavender honey were luscious.

The setting and building are romantic especially being set right on the Delaware river on one side and towpath and canal on the other. The food is fresh fresh and decadent. The service is perfect if you're in the mood to relax and not be rushed. I will be returning and would like to try a seat at the small bar.
