Private Dining at Pilot

Pilot is the perfect place to host your next celebration, corporate event or wedding reception. Located at the suburban Ainslie Shops The venue features a collection of op shop knick knacks, vintage furniture, handmade crockery, and works from emerging Australian artists. During the day large curtained windows, an open kitchen and natural tones allow the space to feel bright and luminescent. The evening transforms the space with soft pendant lighting. We can seat up 35 guests for a sit down event and 50 for a standing affair. A maximum of 24 guests is required for a long table dinner. You have the option to dine on one of our tasting menus, or we can work with you on a bespoke menu. Chose from our all Australian beverage list, pairings and drink packages or our talented team can tailor list to suit your event. Minimum spend will depend on the date, time and requirements of your event. We welcome enquiries for full venue book outs on any day and time of the week.
