PZA is a fun and creative way to use the word Pizza. It is clean, vibrant, with a branded aspect that will be repeatable and a common staple in the restaurant community. As I start my new family and become older and respected, PZA will grow with me, my family, you and your family, and will become the Pizza place that we grew up with (the place our parents took us for a good time).

Parlour will play a smaller role yet is key in the name to define the concept of the restaurant. The word "Parlour" being as old as pizza itself is defined as business that specializes in goods and services. The goods and service that I know and specialize in is pizza and tradition. The parlour aspect brings suggestions of my tradition to the restaurant, checkered tables, green carpet, wicker wrapped wine bottles, and my Nonnos passion of creating pizza and making customers feel like family.

Chicken Parm and Mango BBQ Pork pizzas are both must-haves! The Chicken Parm had a surprisingly (in a good way) spicy kick and the Mango BBQ countered with a rich, meaty sweetness. Our group of 5 adults started with the Antipasto Board then ordered three pizzas (both the above @ 16”, and the Cinque @ 11”). We all had plenty to eat and still had about 7 slices left for take home. With a round of drinks, coffees and tip the total was about $44/person. Pretty decent value overall and great service!

We made a booking for my birthday for 8 people at PZA, but was extremely disappointed with the slow poor level of service. Our drinks took 30 min to arrive and then the main orders for 2 of our 8 guests arrived late after everyone else was finished eating their mains. There was only 2 serving staff working so we got no pop refills either. We had no one check on us after food arrived , so no additional condiments and could not get the attention of the waitress. We decided against dessert as it would take another hour for it to arrive. We were credited the 2 late dinners but it spoiled the celebration and ambience of a birthday. I noticed other reviews had a special birthday dessert, well nothing for my table, honestly wish I had booked somewhere else, very disappointing birthday experience, won’t go back.

This was our first visit to PZA so we wanted to try a little bit of everything. We started with the Arancini and we were totally unimpressed. The risotto was wet and mushy and there was too much fake saffron flavour. The carbonara pasta had so much garlic we sent it back (they did comp this meal and we were appreciative). The GB&O pizza was decent but again, we’ve had better. Will we return? Unlikely, unless it’s for drinks.

We love PZA, the food is awesome, service is awesome and the price is more than fair. We have got a few of our friends onto PZA. My favorite is the pear and gorganzola pizza, I tried the mango pork and it might be my new favorite. :) it would be nice to have a gnocchi option that wasn't truffle, cause I love gnocchi but not so found of truffle.

We were at PZA for a family birthday celebration. We often go to PZA because of the great food and service. Our server remembered us from previous visits, remembered allergies, and was an absolute pleasure to have as our waitress! Food was spectacular! Drinks were great! Special desert for both of the birthday people. For a group of 8 came in under $500 including tip. Great Job!

We come here often with our son and always have good experiences. Last week we had a particularly good experience at the restaurant when a random unnamed stranger paid for our entire bill. We were so surprised and it really made our day. It happened to be our sons birthday that day which is why we were out for dinner in the first place. The pizza here is pretty tasty but we have had the pastas and salads as well and everything is always good. Make sure you try the pizza dough donuts for dessert. They are super yummy!

Everything was great there, the food was amazing however the service was only sub par due to short staffing issues, it felt like our waiter was managing the patio as well as inside the restaurant. We waited a bit for our dessert and receipt to get out of there. Other that that he was amazing when he was available and we like the ambience, the weather was perfect under the umbrella.

We had great service here. The table had some appies, pizza and pasta. Portions were great. The calamari we had was a little heavy handed on the salt but was good. We had the mushroom pizza which was wonderful if you are a mushroom fan. Others ar the table had pasta dishes and they were rich and filling.

Service was slow and food was disappointing. Zucchini breading was too salty and had a commercial taste. Eggplant parmigiana was not cooked through. Marinara sauce was way too spicy. Will not recommend this place.

Great traditional Italian pizza restaurant. Pizzas are always good and perfectly cooked (my hesitation with ordering forno-fired pizzas from most places is the inevitable burn spots on the crust, have NEVER had this at PZA). The fried appetizers are still light and full of flavour (calamari, zucchini chips, and arancini are our favourite starters). The spinach salad is good to share, but the Ceasar is my favourite and not your typical phoned-in Cesar salad. Leave room for dessert, all are good. Try some of their specialty cocktails or order from their extensive drink menu. Plan on being on patio as it's large and spacious, especially if you're a big group looking for cocktails and appi's. Often have live music on the patio, but we've not yet figured out the schedule for that, so maybe call ahead if that is what you're looking for.

The food was excellent! The chairs are medal like and rather uncomfortable. I’m not sure if they weren’t expecting many people being a Sunday or if they were understaffed but service was slow and we had to get their attention just to notify of missed items. Drinks were never refilled, which would have been nice. I would try the place again though in hopes that it was just a rough night. The food would be worth it

The ambiance is very nice and they have a piano player which is really great. We started with the calamari and it was good, then my husband had a pizza and I had the veal. The pizza was good, nothing special, the veal was layered high so hard to eat and did not have enough sauce. Fries were very good. Waiter was odd, plates left on table, had to get his attention to get a box for the food. He walked past us many times. All in all good but not wow.

We have been going to PZA parlour for a number of years now! Our favourite Friday night hang out. Pizza is always amazing. And service is wonderful. Tim the pianist is so fun to listen to.

Fruit tray was limited as one line up it was gone and not enough to feed everyone. My food was cold and overall not satisfied with paying $30 for the food selection as the picture posted on Facebook had my expectations alot higher.

Food is always good but the service was incredible slow for a Tuesday night. Server only engaged with us when it was time to give us the bill. We asked about ingredients due to a food allergy at the table and after she talked to the kitchen came back to tell us ‘it should be okay to eat’ ….”should be”?? Hmmm

Was seated in a room with a large group of teenagers celebrating a birthday with horns. That combined with a piano player & then for some reason a large TV on in the same room made the noise ridiculous. Food left 3 people from our group sick after. Have eaten at PZA in the past & always really enjoyed it but I would not return after the noise & food leaving us sick
