I submitted feedback via the main head office website but was disappointed with the service provided with respect to alternative food options for our friends that were vegan as well as my pregnant wife.

We had a lovely meal here : eating early before attending a concert we were pleased with the prompt service and the food was excellent - a great example of farm to table with beautifully balanced flavours!

We had reservations for 10:00am - we had to knock on the door for entry. Waitress was not very attentive. Potatoes were overdone to a point of almost burnt. Luckily we were a group of 7 who wanted to visit and were undisturbed or rushed out. Although the restaurant was not busy at all.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The noise level made it such that we had a hard time hearing one another in our conversation over dinner. The food was plentiful, healthy and delicious.

This is the fifth time I’ve dined at 10 Acres. It’s always an excellent experience. The chicken was delicious as was the beet salad.

Our server was great, greeter not so welcoming. Staff could be more attentive with less socializing with each other. Food tasty & cooked well but fairly basic especially for its cost. Appreciated vegetation & irrigation systems on patio but everything else requires an update. Furniture shabby & dated.
