We went to 1900 for a work lunch and though we were a small group aside 2 very large groups, the food and service was excellent, really lovely lunch.

Staff were friendly and efficient. We were a group of 6, looking for somewhere not too 'stuffy' and not expensive for lunch. That's exactly what we got. We had a table at the front and the area was cosy with a relaxed feeling. Very happy with the food. Will go there again.

Full experience was so memorable due to the quality of food and its presentation, the staff service and attention, the location and ambience of the restaurant (which was ideal for our occassion). I checked reviews and other info on this and other restaurants and was very pleased with my choice (as were my partner and friends). Would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Very nice quality food. However the portions are quite small compared to the money you spend. Had a delicious crab entrée with pure flavors. The fillets as mains were great and especially the spinach/mushroom combo was nice. My colleagues shared the sticky toffee as desert and were very delighted.

This was our first time eating here and it won’t be our last! The steaks were delicious, perfectly cooked. The service was friendly and efficient but not at all intrusive. I am very happy to recommend restaurant 1900.

Fabulous restaurant! Such a lovely experience in this restaurant for my birthday - John Paul from sorrento was our Waiter he was absolutely fantastic and an absolute gent - Food is incredible and great value I got the 10oz sirloin steak it was cooked to perfection along with fabulous mash and pepper sauce and chips that accompanied it Would absolutely return again, absolutely fantastic restaurant

We were there on Saturday evening and had a lovely time. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I felt the wine may have been slightly over priced. I would recommend the place to anyone, well worth a visit

Excellent meal in 1900 Restaurant on Friday, before a gig in Iveagh Gardens. Crab salad to start, sea bream for mains and passion fruit cheesecake to finish off. All excellent. Short but good wine list, with so good value. Service was top class, friendly and attentive but not overbearing. Looking forward to a return visit.

The wait staff & kitchen did very well on a busy night. There was a group booking of 34, which created the noise. It was recommended to order from the menu before the big group got their orders in - an excellent suggestion. Complimentary bread & butter to the table was delicious. I had 2 starters- the Arancini balls & scallops with a side of mash potatoes. Very good, & generous serving. I felt comfortable dining alone.
