The food at 388 Restaurant was absolutely amazing, but the service? 1000/10! Our waiter, Glen, went above and beyond and then some! To say he was attentive would be an understatement. He truly made our dining experience exceptional. We were celebrating my son’s birthday, and Glen went out of his way to make him feel extra special. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares so much about making sure their guests have a wonderful experience. The food was fantastic, the service was outstanding, and Glen made an already special occasion even more memorable. Thank you, Glen, for making my son’s birthday celebration so wonderful! We will absolutely be back!

We like coming to this restaurant but the waiter we had last night was horrible. He was too busy chatting with someone he knew that was at the next table to us, so you couldn't help to see what was going on. When we got there he was busy with a table of 12 people Chinese who didn't know exactly what they wanted so we understood. We had to wait until I finally put my hand in the air to attract a manager but then he saw what I was doing and came over to us. This chatting continued throughout our entire meal, that meant we had to wait for each portion of our meal while he was chatting. He offered us after dinner drink coffee or cappuccino then ten minutes later he asked if we wanted dessert. It will be a while before I go back there again. The prices are not cheap so I expect good service.

Boneless chicken scarpariello was chunks of rock hard tasteless chicken in a dish. It was served in a dish without any sauce and looked exactly like a dish of hockey sacks. It was shocking that a chef would allow this to come out of the kitchen
