This was a buzzing, lively spot for Sunday Breakfast/ Brunch. The coffee was delicious, as was the food. Large store-front windows provide lots of light and a view on the world. I would definitely come here again. Not a spot for lingering and intimate conversations, but definitely a place to come to feed and drink before a wander around the city.

3fe is very nice place to spend a good time with your friend or family. The food and the coffee/cappuccino are delicious and the service friendly and efficient. It feels like home. Close to the Dart, it's perfect if you want to start your day with a tasty brunch and continue your journey to Howth ou Bray... A good way to start the weekend!

If you’re considering booking, absolutely do! The staff are incredible, food is such great value and the coffee speaks for itself. We were initially drawn by the fantastic reputation of the coffee but it is the brunch and the staff that have us coming back! 💗

The food here is really high quality. Pricing is the same as everywhere else but the difference is that you walk away feeling like you got value for you money. Simple but creative and delicious food. And the cappuccinos are just unreal.

If we’re heading for brunch it’s always 3f3. Avocado on toast with poached eggs, hummus and spicy granola is delicious. And of course the coffee is first class. New outdoor seating is a great addition.
