   The hotel is understaffed so service was very poor. Waited almost 45min to order food as server was no where in site. Food was ok but very over priced.

   We waited at our table over 20 minutes for a server to come to table...had to ask 2 others to send someone over and then it still took 10 minutes more. We ordered our food, burger was undercooked and fries were lukewarm. Margarita pizza had 3 pieces of basil on it so asked for fresh on the side. They are too busy for the amount of staff they have. Also...beware of wine bottle costs...Menu said $52 and they charged $64! For a $13 bottle of LA Crema. Bartender said they increased prices in system but didn't update menu! 😒 Don't charge what you don't advertise! And $64 is a ridiculous price for that wine. Will not be back again. Sheraton needs to get it together and get thier restaurant up to par.. there are many bad reviews on here.

   Easter breakfast. The menu is very limited and the prices are high so I expected the food to be great. It was mediocre at best. The only saving grace was our server who was especially professional and attentive. I would not go back.

   We went for Easter brunch and were unpleasantly surprised when half of the items we were looking forward to having on the OT menu were not available on their standard breakfast menu. Their staff was kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The meal was good, the restaurant was very quiet and relaxing. I would definitely dine here again. The staff made the occasion!

   The food was terrible. Nobody in my party, enjoyed the food. Very noisy with many kids having their phones or tablets on . Also, very noisy with kids . The wine was terrible also. Sloppy greasy burger which caused the buns to be very wet underneath . The salads lacked taste, and was put in a bowl that was way too small for the salads. Not a good experience at all for us.

   Service was extremely slow. We arrived at 7:30pm and sat at the table for 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Seems restaurant is short staffed unless you arrive by 6pm. Food was fine.

    Granddaughters first visit to LEGOLAND. Hungry for Mac n cheese. What 5 year old isn’t? Looking for a late meal after along day. Found this little gem in Carlsbad. Sat outside even though it was a little cooler outside. The heaters over the tables made it perfect. Service and ambiance were very good. Food was also good. Highly recommend.

    We went for an early dinner. Had discounted pricing because it was during happy hour which was nice. I ordered a mushroom and carmelized onion artisanal pizza, which was disappointing. The thin crust looked nicely puffed in places and good but it turned out to be very tough to chew, and I had real difficulty cutting through it with a knife. The flavor was fairly bland. My husband ordered fish and chips and it was pretty good with generous sized portions. We also ordered Italian meatballs as an appetizer and they were very tasty. My 6th Sense Michael David Syrah was very good, and my husband’s classic margarita was excellent! Service was ok although inattentive at times when we were looking for them.

    Only one employee working for all the clients. Food was cold, server never came to our table to see if everything was okay, or if we wanted more refills or food. I was ready disappointed.

    We ordered the Carbonara and Tartufo pizza. The pizza crust was perfect. The Carbonara was great with good flavor from the bacon. The Tartufo was good but not as rich tasting. The Fennel sausage meatball appetizers were good 4/5. Service excellent

    I'm unimpressed. My visit was unsuccessful as no one approached me and my friends at the table for service. We felt invisible for about 10 minutes and then we left. We will not return. Obviously they need more employees and better communication.

    Went there for breakfast! Sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view. Good selection of food. Kids' meal is provided. Decent value. Nice to have restaurant on-site. Serve Gelato, as well.

    They were out of steaks, fish, and pizza dough. Half the menu is pizza. the steak and salad, and chips with dip, were the only gluten free options. They were also under staffed by half.

    Very relaxing and quiet. Outside dining was nice and warm. We ate at 5:00 in the evening and it was comfortable. Waiter was outstanding. Food was good and we definitely will go back. Will tell our friends

    $22 for corned beef and eggs that equates to cold potatoes seemingly from a bag, microwaved badly with sliced corned beef lunch meat (also cold) placed “near” the potatoes with my over medium egg on top(just one) is not my idea of a high end breakfast. When you end it wishing you went to Denny’s, it’s bad. The service was okay. I ordered coffee and never received a refill. Was never asked. We picked this hotel due to a restaurant being in it. We wished we went to the Weston next door with cheaper prices and what appeared to be better choices. I’ve never been so unhappy with a meal in my life! Never again.

    The food was over priced but tasted good for a sandwich. I got a bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato sandwich which was ok but the bacon could have been cooked way more. Service was ok. However, we watched our drinks sit on the bar for 20 minutes before being brought to us.

    Nice place, adequate menu and good service. We've eaten here before on previous travels and have always enjoyed the food and the experience. This time, however, my wife and I both ordered a hamburger (I don't remember which). We both ordered medium rare, but they came well done, which reduced the flavor and made the burgers drier and not as tender. That doesn't mean we won't return on a future trip, but we may avoid the hamburgers next time.
