Aerial offers an intimate oceanview dining experience in Cruz Bay, St. John. We are located at The Saint Resort, but open to the public with a reservation. With limited seating and a focus on elevated service, Aerial is designed for guests who appreciate thoughtfully prepared cuisine and a stunning atmosphere.

My wife and I enjoyed The Stone Table experience. It’s a pricey splurge, but well worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed the inventive cuisine.

Had new bartender 1 month and waitress 5th shift. They were doing their best to get through. They were polite and professional. Kitchen staff had issues though. Couldn't time a dish for the life of them besides appetizers. From seating to last plate on table it was a hour and 45 mins. This was for a party of 2. There were multiple tables that sat down after us by 15 minutes but still got served entrees before us. Food was good but used all the same combination garnish/sauces/vegetables for all even with different flavor profiles. Mango and grape tomatoes dont go with everything. Plating was basic. Dessert was okay nuts were stale for the brioche. All and all was it a good experience? If it would of cut the time in half then yes. There was no management of staff to keep things flowing properly and provide the guidance. Again the bartender and waitress were pleasant and professional but could of used the support and guidance of a senior bartender or host/management. Would i go back? Yes the wife like her waygu and food was good.

Beautiful restaurant! Small and quiet, stunning bay views @ sunset. The steak was brought out on a hot stone to cook to perfection. Very cool. Everything fresh & organic. Most elevated dinner spot in town.

My friends and I were so excited to finally experience the Saints. When we arrived, We got seated and was brought over 4 menus for a table of 8. My friends and I thought they were going to bring more but we just ended sharing . Which to us wasn’t a big deal but the resort was not busy at all and we were the only ones there dining in. Then our server comes and introduced herself and places stacks of paper towel and unwrapped silverware on both tables. We all were shocked and lost for words and dissappointed in how the silverware were brought and didn’t feel comfortable using them. We asked for plastic silverware but I’m not sure exactly what the server said but I assumed that the resort did not have any. Later she came back and took our orders for food and drinks which was fine. The drinks were served in small 12 oz plastic cups and that truly took away from the experience especially when the price of some Drinks were about $15-$18. Imagine ordering a mimosa and when it comes to you, it looks like a cup of orange Fanta. Additionally, My friend and I ordered a “Saint spritz” and the drink had tasted like prosecco and club soda there was no flavor to the drink. We didn’t want to seem rude and plain out say we didn’t like the drink so we just asked the waiter to add a little more st germain in hopes that it would taste better. When we asked her for more she got defensive and said” I added st Germaine” instead of asking if we had an issue with the drink or what’s wrong. Everytime We tried to get her attention to request something it just felt like a huge bother, she was not pleasant at all. When the food came some of it was cold, they gave us boxed eggs that were very soft and soppy. They missed my order completely and I had to wait longer to get it, when I finally got it the food was barely warm. Then we ordered Don Julio reposado shots but received blanco/silver shots that tasted nothing like Don Julio. Then we got the bill and auto charged 20% gratuity!

After confirming the day before, they canceled on me the day of. It was a 25th wedding anniversary. If I had canceled that late they would have charged my card with no recourse. I get its slow season, but if you're going to be a high end place act like it. 1864 was open as was Extra Virgin. Morgan's mango was packed and sold out. Seems to me the saint is the taint. I think they are more about IG pics than service.

Incredible dishes, the whole red snapper was out of this world and my wife's lobster was prepared exquisitely. Jenny was really helpful with the menu options and her service was too notch.

We loved our experience in Aerial! The food was amazing! We ordered the stone special and the lobster. Deserts delicious b The beet salad is to die for. Our waitress, Jenny excellent! Accommodating and happy to serve and help us!!! Keep up g the e good work! We’ll be back !

Ambiance was outstanding. Amazing view. Beautiful hotel and grounds and food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the hot stone Japanese wagyu and carribbean lobster . Lulu the bartender was so accommodating and treated us to a nice surprise for our anniversary. We highly recommend going here and staying or having dinner!

Wow! Just Wow! Our experience from start to finish was incredible! We were greatly warmly by the staff and were seated at the best table in the house. Our server came over right away to take our drink order. She gave us time for the menu. We both chose the hot stone experience with the ribeye. What a cool concept. It was interactive fun! Definitely worth the price. The food was extremely delicious and fresh. We live on St. Thomas so we will definitely take the ferry over to come back for another meal. Thank you for a brilliant evening in Cruz Bay! We had a blast!
