Food was phenomenal and the staff were very friendly and attentive. For the food quality and price, it beats any fancy place on the strip. Look forward to going again.

Popped in for a quick drink and dessert before walking to the Palms for Coyote vs ACME. Passionately Vanilla ($18): Definitely favors the super tart passion fruit, the vanilla did not stand a chance. Presentation in the martini glass topped full of fragrant bubbles. Vietnamese Coffee Tres Leches ($12): Coupe filled with sponge cake and cream, great coffee flavor. Large blackberry halves delivered juicy zest contrast. Value: Above average. Cocktail prices have remained consistent since opening almost one year ago. Service: Professionally nice from David and John.

Perfect spot for a date night ! The owner came out and talked to us and described the drinks and how they are made. Drinks were amazing but the food was superb. Will definitely be going back !

After seeing the EPIC The Odyssey at the Palms, hit up Alchemist for a couple of favorites. Matcha Tonic ($18): Very good, but the formula definitely changed. Where the liquid had been crystal clear with a clean grassy taste, now was a bright Spring green and more subtle in flavor. Pot didn't seem as bottomless as I had remembered from prior visits. Korean Fried Chicken ($20): Went with Gochujang sauce, but the sample of Peanut the kitchen was kind enough to offer was delicious too, gooey stickiness with some heat. Plate still five pieces, three drumsticks and two flats. Lots of batter, liberally coated in sesame seeds, seemed a touch too ready to fall away from the meat. Meat inside still substantial and juicy. Philosopher Rum ($18, ordered but subsequently comped): New to me. Great scent, fresh, slightly tart, nice booze hit. Value: Dipped a bit to average/above average; wing price increased $2 and I cannot shake my impression that the Tonic's volume was reduced. But the flavors all around are phenomenal. Service: Wonderful from John, Kaiyda, and Alexis; all the staff encountered were super cool.

Thank you John! Food wand drink was amazing. We found this place last minute on the inkind app while looking for a place to have some drinks and appetizers. We ordered the ribs and fries. For drinks we ordered 2 of the passionately vanilla, 1 philosopher’s rum, 1 charanda’s incantation, 1 elixir of youth, and some alternative which was a habanero drink but not too spicy. Music was great and the whole vibe was exactly what we wanted. Definitely will be back, just wish the ribs came as an entree because 3 was too good to share. We almost ordered another app but we had a show to catch.

This is a unique drinking and dining experience in Las Vegas. The food was excellent, the drinks were creative but also well made, the service was attentive and genuine. Not many places have all this going for them! The dining room is focused around the bar area so it’s not fine dining. Try it and you won’t be disappointed.

Our entire experience at Alchemist was amazing from start to finish. The staff are all very attentive and want you to have a great time. They brought samples of some of the cocktails so we could ensure we would actually like our drinks. The drinks came in unique containers with smoke-filled bubbles for extra flair. The food (both appetizers and entrees) were delicious. Definitely would come back again. I do recommend making a reservation as the place is small.

I’m from NY moved to Vegas 3yrs ago. This is the type of spot you’ll find in the city on a smokey side street somewhere in LES! The entire staff is amazing! Drinks are on point and the food top tier! My only piece of advice when you go visit: the bar seat are loosey goosey so be mindful when you sit but then again that’s also what I’d expect from this type of spot it adds to the lore! This spot is poppin no further notes needed!

Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Alchemist. It was our first time there, and our server John was super helpful with the menu. He had a thorough knowledge of the menu items and gave his honest feedback when we asked. We were there for our adult son’s birthday, and John helped us capture some good family photos. I highly recommend visitors to Vegas getting off the strip to check out this place. It won’t disappoint!
