Needs management attention. One water glass was dirty, 1 cocktail glass was dirty, one dish was dirty on the bottom. We sat outside and it was hot, the fan was broken and the one available cooled our ankles. We always had to ask for water. Our appetizers came with the food, and we had no utensils. It was hard to enjoy the food because of all the flies. Would not recommend and would not return.

Unfortunately the food was horrible. Waited 45 min. to get food. When food arrived was cold, wilted lettuce for burger and hard overcooked egg with avocado toast. Not a repeat for food. However manager was very apologetic and compensated us for food.

Had a reservation at 8:45pm, was sat at 8:43 pm and no server attended to us until we’ll after 9:15 pm and only because we had to ask if we had a server. We were apparently sat in a section that the server was cut and so no one was assigned to us. No vegetarian options for taco Tuesday, tacos took a while to come when ordering more. The server who did end up taking care of us was lovely however.

The food itself was great, and the server was good until after we paid for our meal. One member of our party asked for a to-go box, and another for a receipt, and she said she would get them for us, but it seems she totally forgot about us. I saw her taking orders at other tables while we were waiting, and after probably at least 5 minutes of waiting we just decided to leave.

David A, the bartender new in Miami from Cali made my solo brunch a joy. I've been to AS many times. I live in Grand Cayman and come to Miami regularly. I've been to AS at least 7 times for brunch David was exceptional. Nice, friendly and just cool. I'll be back my next trip to the US

Waiter was super rude, I understand having a bad day but it’s extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable when you’re being nice and still getting a horrible service back in return. I went for a birthday celebration and just wanted to leave quickly after the food was brought out. The way she gave attitude when we asked questions, didn’t refill our water and worst of all when it was time to pay, not only was I rushed but she snatch the payment machine out of my hands for no reason. The music was way too loud as well I could hardly keep up with a conversation at my table. Overall it wasn’t great and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Beautiful views couldn’t have asked for anything better! Server was very nice but had to look for him a couple times for more mimosas. Food was ok ordered French toast and eggs Benedict the French toast was hard food was a little cold. But all together the view and ambience made up for those minor details.

What’s not to like here? Nice location on the Miami River a few blocks from Brickell center. This amazing restaurant offers a beautiful view especially on in the evening; there are also plenty of outdoor seats. We sat outside as the day was beautiful.

Food was amazing! I had Braised Beef Tacos and Goat Cheese Croquettes! Whoa bursting with flavor 🤩 However I did feel the service was a bit too laid back especially since the restaurant was really empty that day. I feel like the servers were having conversations more than they were attending which can be frustrating. I got my drinks and I failed to get my servers attention.

Monday evening, it was quiet and you would think faster service. We were seated right away, but had to sit for over a half hour before someone would wait on us. Probably should have left but we weren't in any hurry and enjoyed the outside deck. Finally, someone from inside came out and was very attentive, etc. We think the waitress was late and when she got there, never bothered us until clean up and was on her phone ALOT. My husband would have fired her.

I had went this past Mother’s Day for a brunch and honestly the food wasn’t bad and neither was the general ambiance but the service was not the best. I feel bad having to write bad reviews but I had to for this one. Our server started off okay and especially for it being Mother’s Day weekend of course we understood how crazy it can get and gave her and the kitchen the benefit of the doubt. The appetizer we ordered took very long and of course after about 20 mins we asked her for an update to which she tells us that she would go and check on it. After about another 20 mins pass, we asked for our server since we couldn’t find her and when we finally do, to our surprise our server mentions to us how our appetizer had been taken by another server by accident after we complained of not getting it after literally 40 mins. service was too slow. and even though she was apologetic and claimed to be new to serving I feel that they shouldn’t have given her a section with such big parties and especially for Mother’s Day. We had ordered the bottomless mimosas as well but while she came and went about other tables she kind of forgot about us it felt like so we ended up going up to the bartender and asking him if we could get a refill on the mimosas. After that incident the manager came over to apologize to us and offer half off discount on the rest of our bill which was very nice and we appreciated it. Towards the end of the brunch while we waited to pay for the bill we had to wait for our server yet again because we literally couldn’t see her anywhere and ended up asking a busser and other server. Finally though she came and we were able to pay after about 15 mins.

Had seen American Social before but this was the first visit. It's loud and energetic especially when boats parked at the dock play their music. The server was very efficient and nice but could have used a clean jersey. The pork belly dish is excellent

We were seated and waited 30 minutes before someone came to serve us. Finally I walked up to the hostess and he sent the bar tender over. The bartender was busy with people at the bar and really didnt tend to us. We had trouble getting things we needed like napkins.
