   Food was nice but the staff could not speak English and messed our orders up numerous times. The staff were not very attentive - we spent most of the time trying to catch their attention as they chatted to each other at the bar. Other than that it was a nice bar and good ambience

   Staff were so friendly and attentive, we were waiting half hour on desert and we’re due in cinema so when I explained to the host she said it was no problem she would bring the desert down to cinema we we’re delighted, will definitely be back

   Fab food and great venue, seemed very under staffed for a Saturday. Took an age to get served drinks every time, only seemed one person taking all the orders for the restaurant. Staff that served us were great though, just need more of them.

   Staff were so friendly and attentive. Gorgeous cosy atmosphere. Perfect setting for dinner and drinks with friends or a date night. Will definitely return!

    Cocktails were delicious. Staff were very helpful but also left you to your own so not pushy. Got the crostini’s and they were fab perfect for a little snack. Will definitely go again

    Ordered 2 dishes plus roast potatoes, meatballs were cold when they came out. Potatoes came out 10 minutes after we were finished. Cocktails were pre made and didn’t have any whiskey based. Poor overal service and experience won’t be going back.

    I loved the bar, the selection of food was great! ♡ Honestly was very impressed with the choices and the flavours. It had a delectable atmosphere - comfortable, relaxed and exclusive. It was very quiet (on a Tuesday night) but that's my personal preference actually. The staff were lovely and helpful as well. My only qualm is that a cocktail I ordered that came in a whiskey style glass had a GIANT ice cube in it. I mean cube - as in nearly touching all sides of the glass... like a little bit smaller than a rubix cube. Needless to say, my cocktail was finished in one sip. I've encountered this before and it's not stylish.

    Fuimos a cenar a este bar con música en vivo. Íbamos con nuestro hijo de 7 años y no pudieron ningún problema, al contrario, lo atendieron fenomenal. Un camarero llamado Emilio nos atendió en español y nos hizo muy buenas sugerencias. Al final 4 copas de vinos y italianos y tapas (me encantó la focaccia) por unos 50€. La atmósfera de gente cool y la música de jazz geniales. Volveremos.

    Dined here last Wednesday. Really enjoyed the live Jazz music - excellent trio - and the complimentary prosecco that came with our booking. Most especially we really enjoyed the italian inspired tapas - they were absolutely delicious and good value. Compliments to the chef. we enjoyed them with a good bottle of wine. One of the nicest meals we have had in a long time. Elegant decor and friendly staff too.

    Unfortunately a lot of missing drink options due to supply issues according to the staff. Cocktail presentation & liquid amount is not bad, but for the price I would have expected something more. The cocktail list has some interesting choices to be fair. Service was a bit slow even though the place wasn't too busy. Could be seen as a plus if you just want to take your time.

    Went to Americana with my wife to celebrate 🍾 wedding anniversary. Staff were nice to give us complimentary 🍨 dessert on house saying 'Congratulations 😋 '

    We only had a drink and a cup of tea so we can't comment on the food. We will try brunch on Sunday (although the menu looks a bit off for somebody of my age - ordinary food - bacon and sausage, toast, tea, etc. - would be much better). Good to find another jazz venue. Very friendly staff. No problems.

    Went there with my boyfriend for the Jazz on this Thursday and was never so anxious to leave a place. Cocktails were gorgeous, but my Big in Japan drink came the worse merengue you could possibly offer someone. The garnish Ruined the cocktail with the egg smell and taste. We ordered food and apart from the burrata, the rest of it was appalling. My boyfriend ordered meatballs and you could taste the grease and only the grease and fat. My octopus had absolutely no seasoning, was oily and bland. A hell of a bad combination of you ask me. Avoid at all costs or be prepared to spend a ridiculous amount of money for a VERY bad food. Service wasn’t much better either as there was a super loud group having a communion and they made absolutely impossible to hear the band (shame as we were there for that) that was never asked to maybe respect the other patrons. manager was happy enough to charge me without even ask why most of the food we ordered was never touched. Rest assure we won’t be coming back.

    It was our first experience at America, the place is lovely, very vibrant. The food is absolutely amazing, we had Tapas. The service was great too, we were served by a very lovely lady called Yasmine. Very efficient and service with a smile. Highly recommend Americana, we will definitely go again.

    Was a really disappointing visit. I understand places are understaffed but it took far too long to first of all get our order taken, then we assumed they forgot about our drinks it took so long for them to arrive. And when they did arrive we were shocked as the already small glasses weren’t even filled to the half way mark. We were going to order food but by the time someone actually came to take our food order we decided we just couldn’t do this for the night so had the one drink (roughly 2 sips and it was gone…) and went to a another place. Even asking for the bill and paying took way too long that everyone was getting a bit frustrated. Very very expensive for very little volume and service was beyond shocking, it was nonexistent.

    Food was amazing and service was outstanding. A lovely bright and airy space and decor added to a very nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and excellent at serving us our food quickly and checking that we were ok for drinks all the time. Delicious, varied menu. We had a fab evening. We arrived at 6 and it seemed that the music was turned up a little louder every half hour, so by the time it was 8.30, we had to shout. Just be aware of that if you want a quiet meal out.

    We came for Italian tapas and drinks, ordered 2 dishes per person and shared which was a good amount. The Ravioli was really good. Waiters all polite and attentive. Would recommend

    The setting is lovely, seating and table spacing are comfortable, staff was nice and food was excellent. The gorgeous windows looking out into a cosy residential road feels very unusual. The only reasons for us not to return in the evening ( we leave locally) was the choice of music. Maybe this Friday crowd did not reflect the usual crowd but definitely when we were there all the patrons around us were meeting up for a cosy chat / outing and the very loud DJ music did not quite fit. 🤷‍♀️
