Excellent food, good value. We had the 2 chicken sandwiches on the menu and they were both great.

The service was EXCEPTIONAL, there had been a canceled flight which brought a Lot of people into the restaurant & you wouldn’t have known based on the continued flow of service. Food was delicious & would happily eat here again :)

The website offered discount for CAA members. I was embarrassed in front of my guests when the wait staff claimed they had never seen a CAA membership card and denied the discount.

I was absolutely blown away by the pricing at this restaurant. The hotel Must pay all their bills Via the restaurant. Ambiance is fine, food was OK but it was just really expensive for what it is.

Had a late meal around 10:30 and was pleasantly surprised it was given it was an airport hotel restaurant! Had the club sandwich with poutine and was really good! The food was reasonably priced but the wine quite pricey! Think $15 for a small glass of Jackson Triggs and considerably more for the one I chose. Service was great but we were quite tired so didn’t stay long.

This place needs an overhaul . While a reservation was required they are not needed as they keep no records evidently. The food has terrible and the worst was the poke bowl. Consider putting new management as existing system , whatever it is doesn’t work . Having patrons pushing carts of luggage through the restaurant makes it feel like a food court cafeteria . Come on Sheraton . For 400$ a night for a room you can offer a better place and atmosphere to eat.
