The restaurant setting is very good and very welcoming. The restaurant presents good choice of indian cuisine and the food, particularly the vegetarian dishes, were so delicious. Staff gave sound advice on the selection of dishes and quantities. Overall a pleasing dining experience for our group of 8 guests.

We have been dining here for a while now. Fantastic traditional cuisine. They have a wide variety of dishes and can modify the spice levels to suit your taste. We’ve tried many dishes and are yet to be disappointed. Great food at reasonable prices.

Decided to try out Andaz over the "usual" Indian restaurants we have visited in Castle Hill. Warmly welcomed, we were run through an extensive menu (set out by Indian Regions) and experienced very, very good and tasty Indian food. We have finally found "it".....our "go to" local Indian Restaurant!

The service was amazing, as was the food. The waitress gave us a very detailed and interesting rundown of the menu and took the time to explain where different menu items originated from in India. This made the experience of trying different tastes very enjoyable. She even gave us samples to test our 'spicy' tolerance levels to ensure we didn't order something that would be too hot for us to handle. I can't reccomend this place enough. We will be a regular for sure.

The food at Andaz is nothing short of sensational. It's easily one of the best Indian restaurants around. We've been a few times now and our waitress (the same lovely lady) has ALWAYS been the highlight of our dinner. If you're new to Indian or open to trying new things ... let her guide your night. You won't be disappointed. One of our party has a nut allergy ... and they couldn't do more to make sure they had a safe, wonderful experience and didn't miss out on anything. The kitchen made arrangements to ensure there was no cross contamination where needed. There were so many things on the menu that didn't contain nuts. A wonderful experience all round.

Ate here for the second time and decided to take our 2 year old for an early dinner. Staff where amazing and attentive, paid special attention to our little one making sure she was catered for. Food was outstanding. Service can’t be faulted. Love eating here. It’s the first time I’ve ever requested a high chair in advance and actually had the request listened to. Will go back again

Hands down the best curry I have ever tasted. Laal Mass. Unreal. And the lady serving us was so welcoming, educational and fun. Loved also the digital elements. Great restaurant experience after a few recent bad ones. Great service with fantastic food. Definitely recommend for a nice Indian meal for a night out. Nice location and venue. Restaurant ambience very professional and clean. Had in total 7 different dishes (4 entrees and 3 mains) with roti and naan and the food was perfectly spiced and cooked. Will definitely go back. The staff are so friendly and, without being intrusive, follow-up attentively and quickly. The food is delicious and moderately priced. The restaurant itself is attractive and the music, which is very important to me in terms of volume level, is soft and of an Indian flavour. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Love it.

Our waitress was so helpful and offered food choices, wine choices and was very attentive to us. The food was delicious, including the variation on the Samosas which was recommended by her. The complimentary tomato curry shot was divine. A great food experience for us as a family.
