Angelina’s: great food, honestly prepared, simply served.
Weekends and Bank Holiday: 10am – 10pm
A very buzzy place. We went on a Sunday for brunch with my partner’s parents and they had a great time as well. Very comfortable seating and very suitable for groups.
Great brunch spot with a broad menu and amazing service
Would recommend the pancakes, they are deliciously indulgent! However as with many of the PressUp Group restaurants, the prices are higher than they need to be. Some brunch dish prices were €15+!
Great service, energetic and friendly staff. Food was great.
Had a great date night at Angelinas at the weekend. Very good service, excellent cocktails, some superb fish dishes and lovely surroundings and decor - the terrace is brilliant even in the rain. Highly recommend, keeps getting better and better
I love the atmosphere of Angelinas. It has an elegance and sophistication about it. The staff are professional and friendly which makes for a lovely relaxing atmosphere. I have been many times and never disappointed. I don't eat red meat a lot but for a change i had a steak on thursday and it was disappointing. It wouldnt prevent me from going back though because overall it is really one of my favourite restaurants in dublin.
Perfect for Sunday brunch get together s 😊 food is amazing!
Had a lovely meal with my husband and 2 uncles we hadn't seen for a while. The steaks were perfect and my pasta was delicious. The waitress was very entertaining, friendly and efficient. The bar staff were also excellent giving the guys a good choice of Gins as well as tonic. A fun evening .
Went for lunch recently - it’s always been one of my favourite restaurants!
Service was appalling. I was embarrassed to have chosen the restaurant for our group.
Brunch menu until 4pm on a Saturday which comprises of egg-dishes (bar the burger) is ridiculous.
Felt really let down and disappointed
We wanted to sit out in the balcony and the place was not loaded at all, however we were told we cannot. Hence we sat inside, while the waitress assured she will let us know once a table becomes available in the outside balcony. Later I noticed there were 2 tables available which would have been perfect for us outside. Quite a disappointment, because that was the only reason I booked this place.
Had a lovely time and our waitress Trish was fantastic and would definitely recommend
Excellent setting on the balcony , staff were professional friendly and very pleasant.
Food was top quality .
Service top class .
My first time there and it was recommended to me , I’d now highly recommend it myself
Had the Lamb Shoulder. Tasteless, very fatty and minuscule. The bread was so hard it couldn't be cut. The remoulade had far too much sauce and was severely lacking in flavor. I'm writing this review because none of the staff bothered to ask us if we enjoyed our food. I was a big fan of Angelina's but alas, no more!!
Service was extremely slow, 90 minutes to have a 1 course lunch and coffee, salad was small and not filling at all
Exceptional service as always, food was excellent. Wine menu a little overpriced but good selection.
Have been here before for brunch, loved it then, back again for dinner with family and loved it even more. Lovely decor and great setting on the canal. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The menu is imaginative with something for everyone and the food is very high quality. Faultless place would recommend to anybody.
Fabulous location to see outside on the canal. Food is average and not cheap. Had brunch there at the weekend. Service was good but both the waitress shirt and apron were very dirty which I was surprised at - and not a recent spill.
It was great! Food was lovely and the coffee is really good! Totally recommended
Great spot and the food is tasty. I would recommend it to anyone for a good meal. Good buzz!
I always recommend Angelina's to friends. This is the first time that I accompanied them. I eventualy booked a table for 8 people (having had to ring adjust numbers up and down accordingly) and the staff were always helpful and courteous. I was very impressed how well we were catered for (vegan; vegerarian; GF). My guests
All remarked that their food was excellent/delicious/amazing/great/yummy! They loved the location. I'm very happy, and so are they. Thank you Angelina's!
Food a bit dissapointing. Nice place though
We got the starter quickly , but then We had to wait over 50 minutes to get the mains .. good food
Food was very tasty, service was excellent. Great value for money
Great location.. really friendly staff with great humour and great service.
I love this restaurant for the ambiance and their eclectic use of space. The welcome was good, and the staff are great. I thought the menu was a bit disappointing, the choice didn't appeal to me, however, the food when it arrived was excellent.
Very good, to be repeated with another visit, save the lack of communication about available fish and presumption a diner wanted pollock !!!!
Asked for no dressing on my salad (which was very small for a main dish), and got it full of oil, event the second time around. I gave up and ate it full of oil...
Beautiful location on the terrace for a tasty brunch. The food was delicious, served quickly and presented beautifully. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Particularly liked that we were in no way rushed to leave the table. I have to echo other reviews however in saying that allowing smoking on the terrace is incredibly off putting - really horrible to have smoke wafting into your face while trying to enjoy what is really lovely food.
Food and cocktails are amazing and staff are so lovely. I would definitely go back!
We were in Dublin to see Michael Buble and wanted somewhere nice to relax.
Overall an enjoyable meal, our Waiter was very good and meal would have rec”d 5 stars had we not waited over w5 minutes for an ice cream?!?
In the end we left without it!
Our waiter was fantastic, very friendly and attentive. Our food was beautiful and great cocktails. We were very happy to have a table outside on the terrace.
We very much enjoyed our meal. The food was wonderful, and we had a great seat next to the water. The food arrived very fast, in fact before the coffee. The staff were agreeable from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I'd highly recommend the eggs Florentine. The restaurant itself is a great space, and the outside terrace is possibly the only one like it in Dublin for a brunch. I thought the prices were a little high, but that's D4, I think.
Staff are excellent and very friendly. Pizzas are very bland and lack flavour. Disappointing
With such great weather where else can you sit outside and enjoy the view up and down the canal. Thoroughly enjoyable evening, lovely staff and great food.
Food was pretty good! Waiter had no idea what he was on about though. The Malbec was a really nice choice. Seabass was great too.
I have been to Angelina's before for brunch and I like the gun buzzy atmosphere it has. The brunch menu is varied and all the dishes we had were enjoyed. The service was attentive without being intrusive. The prices at least for brunch are in line with others in the area. The canalside location is fantastic.
We had the best time at Angelina's - we had been visiting Dublin for the weekend and arrived early on a Sunday morning and had the eggs Florentine and Angelina's breakfast with two cocktails. Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. We also sat outside near the canal and it was just so relaxing. Staff were fabulous, do not have a bad word to say. Would 100% (and will) recommend to a friend.
Booked based on reviews here and was not disappointed. Food was fantastic. Would highly recommend.
Food was excellent but wouldn’t go back due to service.
Rude member of staff (short blonde hair women), rude to our face and no service skills.
Wasn’t given a menu when seated
Made to wait at the bar because we showed up 3 minutes early even though the place was empty.
Wasn’t allowed to sit outside even though empty seats were available.
High quality food and drinks. Friendly staff and cool interior.
