Review summary

AI-generated from verified diner reviews
Armada Annapolis offers "great food" with a lively ambiance and stunning waterfront views. Patrons rave about the attentive and friendly service, notably from servers like Rhys and Ian. Although some find noise levels high and pricing on the steeper side, the "sumptuous flavors" and "beautiful renovation" make it a destination worth revisiting.

They were busy at beginning and took a while for waiter, but then whole team and waiter made it exceptional thereafter. Thank you.

I visited recently and really wanted to like it, but the food fell short. The atmosphere is nice and lively, though it was pretty noisy, and it was hard to talk to our friends across the table. They also serve great drinks, which made for a good start. The main issue was the food. I ordered my meal, but it came out so salty that I had to send it back. The kitchen kindly replaced it with a different dish, but that one was just as salty. It was unpalatable, and I left most of it untouched. It is a fun spot to grab a drink with friends, but I would pass on dinner.

Great food. But the noise was ridiculous. We actually left early and took our food with us.

The views outside were amazing. The boat show was going on and blocked most of it. The new upgrade and restaurant were very nice. The food was very flavorful. The margaritas were excellent but a bit pricey, more than our lunch combined. Overall, great place!

First time checking out Armada. Valet parking was full so had to head to the city lot. Would have loved to grab one of the outside tables but they had speakers blaring overhead making it hard to have a conversation. Surprised they don't give complimentary chips and salsa but we ordered the queso and chips and that was tasty. Food was definitely better than Pussers but was on the more expensive side for Mexican food. We tried the short rib enchiladas and the seafood enchiladas and would recommend both. Margaritas were awesome!

Family of 4 dinner for Birthday. Nice location. But noisy. Menu had variety of different choices. Margaritas were good. When Annapolis construction is finally done the waterfront view will be better. There's better Mexican/Latino options in the area but the setting and location are great.

This place is EXTREMELY loud, must used raised voice even at a table for 4. The food was good to very good except for the ceviche. We stuck with traditional Tex-Mex- chips with 3 salsas which were very good and mildly spicy, and the chips tasted like house made, thick and crunchy; guacamole, also good; ceviche (pass), carne asado enchiladas, quesadilla and carnitas tacos. The sauce on the enchiladas was not to my dining companion’s taste- like tomato bbq. Drinks were uneven- the margaritas were weak, consisted mainly of ice, and pricey but other cocktails as expected and good beer selection. On the entrees, portion sizes were on the larger end. The service was very attentive, friendly and professional. We would come back but not on a weekend and maybe in a few more more after some of the buzz dies down

Had an amazing dinner at Armada in Annapolis with my parents and my wife. Atlas always does an incredible job, and this was no exception. Our waiter, Rhys, was great—very attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire night. GM Dani was also fantastic and made the experience even better. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!

My fiance and I are big fans of the Atlas Group restaurants. We regularly frequent them. We wanted to try the new Mexican restaurant in Annapolis, so I decided to take him there for his birthday. They sat us outside and unfortunately a boat pulled up right next to us and multiple people on the boat were smoking cigarettes and the smoke was blowing right into our faces. We asked to relocate inside and were accommodated which was great, and they even provided us with a free appetizer as an apology. However, the service was extremely slow and the waitress was inattentive. Prior to receiving our entrees we both asked for refills on our sodas. The refills did not arrive until after we had completed our entrees, meaning we had to eat our dinner without any drinks. When it was time to pay, I was not provided with a check, but instead the waitress read the balance off a device and would not let me look at it. When I questioned the amount because it seemed higher than expected, it turns out she charged us for the appetizer that was supposed to be free. She promptly removed the appetizer, but I was disappointed I had to remind her. I found this whole exchange kind of awkward, especially since she originally tried to charge me for the free appetizer. Overall not the best experience I've experienced at an atlas restaurant and will probably not be returning to this specific restaurant.
