   Lovely hip spot in Downtown Austin. Recommend going with a few other people and ordering a lot of appetizers and smaller plates to share. Our waitress was cool, kind and also really tried to make sure my kid at the table was heard and well-cared for. Food was top notch, decor beautiful. Just wish it were a little less noisy - that was the only part that could improve. Will be back again and again.

   ATX Cocina is incredible and the service is top notch. Our server ran us through the whole menu providing expert detail and insight on the portion sizes and taste. Absolutely delicious food, with a great selection of tequilas. Will certainly be dining here again.

   This was my first time visiting. Food was good but a little pricey. I would recommend the guacamole, chicken and brussel sprouts. The carne asada was tough and hard to chew. Over all it was a great experience.

    The guacamole and chips are always a crowd pleaser! You will find yourself ordering more than one, and your stomach will thank you for it. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Keep in mind, everything is shareable and just be aware on how much you want to eat or not. Just dive in and enjoy!

    I think the Masa were the stars of the experience. The entrees were very good but not outstanding (carne asada better than the chicken). Nothing wrong with the chicken, but was kind of basic. Will be back for Masa and try some other entrees! The drinks were very good as well.

    Absolutely delicious! Drinks were tasty and unique. I recommend the spicy margaritas. Loved the queso fundido, Caesar and short rib. Excellent service. We will be back!

    Love ATX - Kelly, our server, is first rate! A gem! Food was delicious - If I am ever on Death Row… I am ordering the Guacamole and chips! Fabulous Margaritas. Salmon, Chicken and Carne Asada cooked to PERFECTION. LOVE LOVE LOVE ATX!!!

    Everything was absolutely delicious! The only negative (which really doesn’t apply to everyone) we came with a friend with a lot of food allergies and sensitivities. We tried to modify some items on the menu to fit her needs but kitchen had premade a lot (understandably so to make the food In a timely manner) so unfortunately there was only 1 thing my friend could order. The waitress however was so sweet and asked the chef multiple times what they could do for her and eventually we were able to come up with a solution. Not really the restaurants fault of course but maybe best to have a few items on the menu or off to the side for situations like these in the future. Otherwise, everything was amazing, food was cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully. Ambiance was great, wait staff were friendly and accommodating!

    Have been here a few times for special occasions and the food is usually very tasty-- would highly recommend the queso fundido and corn! However, last time our steaks were not really worth the price. Maybe it was our early evening reservation? We are definitely spoiled Texans, but we left a little disappointed this time.

    The guacamole is by far the best thing on the menu. We also got the taco of the day appetizer and do not be fooled. It’s full meal sized! And very good. It was very loud inside which I didn’t particularly like but still a great time. House margarita is the best on the menu.

    Food was delicious. The tuna tostada and brussel sprouts were my favorites. Soaps, guacamole, and queso fundido were amazing too. Ally was excellent and gave wonderful recommendations. Drinks were super good - coco loco and carajillo were so perfect! Thank you!

    Awesome service and the food was just excellent. I did not like sitting next to a clear plastic divider on the patio. I am not sure why restaurants still use these. I am definitely going back, but will be very aware of where I sit and by what.

    This was the first time we have eaten at ATX Cocina since Covid. We had friends visiting from Cleveland and wanted Mexican food. We chose this restaurant to give our guest an upscale experience. ATX Cocina did just that. The food was even better than before Covid. Our waitress was excellent, Becca. I was afraid the noice level may bother them but no, they said it added to the party atmosphere. So thank you for a delightful evening.
