   I loved how they keep kids in the focus…absolutely brilliant menu for the little people!! Great service and having ‘early bird’ menu available for the adults make everything fast and smooth - exactly what you need when dining out with kids ☺️

   Two main courses (Asian stir fry with Tiger Prawns & Asian stir fry with duck), a shared dessert and a bottle of table water for €69. While the food was certainly tasty and the service was good, personally, I didn't find the experience particularly good value for money. In my opinion, it felt overpriced by around 15-20%. I'd have no problem recommending if prices were a more reasonable as I've had plenty of other dining experiences on par or better for less.

   The staff are lovely very friendly and helpful the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The only problem was I found that my meal seemed to be swimming in butter. A little butter is always lovely but this was way too heavy heart attack stuff.

    A signature avenue night,great service ,food and drinks .New experience we had a high table in the bar very chilled and at the same time private enough to enjoy chatting to my partner.

    Lovely lunch in Avenue. No complaints at all. Everything very good. First time for lunch here although we have been many times for dinner or a special Sunday lunch. Recommend only advice the lamb shank meal is quite large. It was really lovely but I unfortunately could not finish it.

    Everyone enjoyed their food. Good options for vegetarians and small children. Upstairs had changing facilities but might be tricky if you needed a buggy. Only downside was that we sat upstairs and it was a bit cold. At our table and nearby tables people were wearing coats while eating their meal.

    A special occasion dinner which we asked for a window table in the booking. On arrival I mentioned this & was told ‘we don’t serve windows’. We were seated in the bar area & not offered the window area which was free. Second comment from same server when I asked for Pepsi max or Coke Zero, ‘you can get Pepsi max with your take away on the way home, we only serve Coke Zero here. He was obnoxious to one member of our party only, the males were given great attention, checked if their drinks were ok & if they wanted more several times. Females were ignored apart from the snide comments. Food which is usually superb was sub par. Chicken wings are now half size portions (not in baskets but a bowl) we also much smaller wings, tasted reheated & chewy. Burgers were also awful, buttermilk chicken burgers were hard & chewy, fries frozen not handcut chunky fries that they used to serve. Beef burgers not great either, bland & again fries rubbish. Food tasted like it had been sitting under a hot lamp for ages. Hardly any staff on, main food sever was lovely & friendly unlike the drink/bar man. We have been going to the Avenue since it opened, it’s been our family favourite for years but never have we been treated so terribly by a server with such disrespect & snideness. Food also was a huge letdown. This was a delayed birthday dinner for family visiting from the US & was such a disappointment. Needless to say we will go elsewhere from now on.

    Good is always great. However staff kept mixing drink order or brought incorrect bill on multiple occasion. Other than that - place is recommended, food outstanding!

    Absolutley fantastic meal etc. All.staff super but tiny issue with 2 young girls stretching across.my.dinner plate to get round corner to serve kids. We had 4 diff people. Serve the table, 2 brill. , 2 need to tweak service style. Will defo be back , soon !!

    We enjoyed our lunch at the Avenue. We had the lunch special. The service was excellent. We were surprised with the increase in price…..I suppose inflation has kicked in there too.

    Usually look forward to going to Avenue but after last night not sure about going back. My wife ordered fillet steak very well done only for it to arrive with blood oozing out of it. Our waitress was apologetic and promised to get it replaced only for it to arrive out again still red in the middle. Very Upsetting. Also the portion of chips was tiny and had to ask for more.

    We went for a lunch date my two daughters and myself The table was lovely beside the window The food was fabulous a great variety of choice Friendly attentive staff My first time to try and would definitely go again I brought home a meal for my husband and he said it was so tasty even 3 hours later (lamb shank)
