The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant, however the service in general is needed to be improved. Asked the waiter multiple times to bring a cheese plate to be served with the wine. Cheese plate is literally a small plate with several species of cheese. He kept telling me "Ok, Ok", however failed to bring. On the third time when I asked about that he simply told me that they do not serve cheese plate but he can ask from other restaurants located in the hotel. I am surprised why an Italian restaurant cannot have cheese plate however cancelled my order. Regarding other dishes, we had to wait a little bit longer for each meal. The quality of food also was not the best. So I am disappointed.

El servicio de 10, y los alimentos de lujo. Había mucho ruido por un par de bebés que estaban muy inquietos. Y una señora que en vez de hablar gritaba para tener una conversación con los de su mesa. Fuera de eso todo delicioso 😋

La comida está muy rica, lo que echa a perder la experiencia es que no hay aire acondicionado , el calor es insoportable. Lastima si arreglaran esto podría darle 5 estrellas, tiene buena cocina.

We needed support from them to celebrate a birthday and they never remembered it. Bad house wine. The food was acceptable

Took about 2 hours to bring food. Never gave us water. My food was never actually delivered. All my family ate but me. Please avoid this place at all costs. Go to Fasano, it is way better.
