   Expected more than just mediocre for the new place, went for lunch, when food came out, they brought the wrong dish, which took over 10 minutes, my partner almost finished with his meal . Prior to receiving my dish, a server passed by and I just happened to look up, he asked can I help you and all I said just waiting for my dish, his rude response was I’m not the chef, I don’t cook the food and walked away. Food was just ok, service lacking and rude comments was a big turn off

   10/10. Food and service were excellent. Filet with ravioli and lemon cheesecake were truly memorable.

   We truly enjoyed the food, service and the atmosphere. The garlic babka was delicious. Everything was tasty and presented beautifully. The arugula and pear salad was hard to resist we loved every bite. The main course and dessert were just as delicious! Highly recommend.

   We had a lovely girls dinner! 10/10 experience from the food, vibes, drinks and server! We had the same server as when we came before, Niamik, who even recognized me - and now we have two selfies with him from visit! He is so sweet, warm, fun, and generous. He will make your time even better at Bad Roman? Come for the truffle ricotta, stay for the selfie with Niamik!!! See you guys soon!

   I booked this restaurant for my wife's birthday. One of our guests canceled as we were arriving to the restaurant reducing our party from 4 to 3. We checked in 8 minutes before our reserved time. We were asked to sit at the bar. We were taken to our table 23 minutes later and 15 minutes after our booked time. The bar staff was delightful. Our table was pleasant. The restaurant was very loud and it was difficult to carry on a conversation. We ordered a bottle of wine and dinner. One guests ordered a filet mignon cooked medium well (for which she apologized in advance to the kitchen). Two of us were served our food after a longer than normal wait of 25 minutes. We waited to start until our guest's food arrived which was 10 minutes after we had been served and two conversations with waitstaff asking the whereabouts of our guest's entree. My order of pasta was a child's size, which surprised us. My wife's filet was rare. We spent about 7 minutes flagging down our server to ask that it be returned to the kitchen and properly cooked. On the whole the staff was very pleasant. We will not return as the restaurant is noisy, service frenetic and unattentive, food poorly prepared and the wait for a confirmed reservation too long. As a note, the restaurant comped our dessert and sent two additional desserts we did not order although we made clear two of us did not eat desserts. It was a nice gesture but our preference is for a restaurant to provide pleasant and unobtrusive service, the kitchen to know their craft and deliver food as advertised and ordered by the customer and for the front of house to honor the time of the booking.

   I really wanted to love this restaurant from all the rave reviews that were given. I have to admit, I liked the food very much. BUT won't go back unless I am looking to go to a mall. As a New Yorker, I just can't get over the location. It was an extremely crowded Mall restaurant. Nothing more. Wouldn't go out of my way like I did, get really dressed up and expect to be wowed. IF you're at the mall, then yes...go eat here. Otherwise, skip it.

   The food was 50/50. The eggplant pull a parm was unevenly cooked and the thicker pieces were way underdone. The Caesar was good, so was the cappelletti - though kind of pricey for what it is. The chicken sausage pasta is a hard skip, you could make it at home. Chocolate tart was standard but enjoyable.

    Food was fantastic. Service left something to be desired. Server was absentee throughout the meal and did not communicate several concerns with an allergy. The food was fantastic though and the restaurant is stunning. Would recommend, regardless of service experience.
