   The starters and main course were excellent but when I asked for the selection of ice cream with wafer, it was served to me in a bowl as if it were for a child and had no wafers. I’ve been to many restaurants and ice cream selections are always served on a plate with some sauce. That was very disappointing. Everything else including starters, mains and service was very good.

   Chicken for two of the guests was not fully cooked, but was quickly replaced with beautiful food. All other food was fabulous

    The restaurant is lovely very clean service for drinks very slow at least 15 minutes waiting, the lunch menus should at least be on until 6 o’clock overall good vill go back

    Both the steak & Duck are simply delicious. Starters also very tasty. A great range of roasted veg & potatoes served.

    Food was delicious, we had steak & a pasta dish. Steak perfectly cooked & pasta was yum. We also had dessert, a cheesecake and brownie. I thought the brownie was delicious. Service was fast, waiters were helpful and friendly. There was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. We really enjoyed our meal.

    Myself and my partner overbooked a table on Sunday 13th Feb.2022. We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived. Got a lovely table. Only fault table was a bit cockeyed. We had starters and the main meal was a Sirloin steaks cooked exactly to our liking. The meal was very enjoyable and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Balcone Italiano restaurant to anyone. We will be back again in the near future, hope the table is rectified by then. 😊

    The food was beautiful. We ate from the Valentines menu which was 39.99 per person for 3 courses with a prosecco cocktail. We were seated in a beautiful area and the experience overall was amazing. The staff were so kind and caring throughout and were constantly on hand to take new drink orders whenever it was needed.

    The food was excellent. I really like the Pollo penne. The chicken just to my own tastes al dente. The staff too were very helpful and reliable. I must say I was impressed again as always. The rediculous government new closing time of 8pm for bars and restaurants in the country is unnecessary in my opinion and is causing untold damage to the hospitality sector already on its knees.

    The staff are very courteous and professional despite being busy on a Saturday night. I was very impressed with their attentiveness and prompt assistance. I also really loved the Pollo Balcone which was tender and very well presented on the plate. Well done all round!

    Staff excellent, really couldn’t do enough food lovely, disappointed in the options tho was really looking forward to the hot rocks steak but overall a great experience and would definitely recommend

    We waited 30 mins before someone took our order. The starter and main dishes came out at the same time. The dessert came before the coffee. The food was good in general. Garlic bread was reheated though and very hard. Dessert was gorgeous and the latte was perfect! Penne carbonara was very good too, I was offered chicken with it wish I didn’t take it though wasn’t the best! Other than that it was very good!

    Rude senior staff member, reminded on many occasions by various staff that they were fully booked (we booked our table and still had to wait a significant time to be seated), staff seemed stressed, maybe more employees needed? Went to the bar after the meal to get a drink and told only residents can drink at the bar. Disappointing experience
