   The amount of food relative to price was ridiculous. The chicken tacos looked as though they were from a kid’s menu. The time from ordering to arrival of food was too long. Several orders were incorrect including a Philly cheesesteak without any cheese. In previous years, the experience was far better. Someone needs to come in and overhaul kitchen, inventory, menu, and overall operations.

   The service was awful. We had to get our server's attention any time we needed anything. When we were finally able to put in our food order, our server only entered the appetizers, and some of our party had ordered those as entrees. Each person's food came at different times, and one of the appetizers came after the entree. It took us over an hour to get our food. I can appreciate that the restaurant was busy, but I've had much better experiences at other, equally busy establishments.

    Waited 57 minutes to receive food from a snarky waitress that we saw all of twice in the 90 minutes we spent at this subpar establishment. The waitress was extraordinarily rude and didn’t bother with things like refills or respect. Definitely ruined the evening.

    I went for my Moms birthday as a celebration for her. I have went to this restaurant before and it has great service that was not the case today. It took 45 minutes for our food. Our waiter came back 10 minutes after we asked for a refill of water. Also I took my mom for her birthday and I felt very sad that she didn’t have the best birthday lunch.

    Great vibrant bar scene for Saturday night. Packed house for March Madness. We were a party of 8 upstairs away from the noise a bit which was perfect. The tots were great! The wait staff was excellent! I would recommend this Bar Louie in the Olivia in Carmel for sure!

    My blood Orange mule was knock out of the park good thing! The appetizer were tasty as well. However they were also out of miller light and many other standard draft beer choices. We just had drinks and appetizers.

    The food was good and the cocktails were delicious. The service was slow and I was charged for a drink I didn’t drink ($13). When I asked the waitress about this, the response was “yeah, it was a mistake but I have to get the manager to take it off. Is it okay to leave it?” Overall, would come back and try again.

    Servers were awesome. Food was below average. Hostess on duty was not interested in customer service. We requested to switch to a booth seating, there were 2 open in plain sight. She said that since we were already assigned a server so we can’t be seated elsewhere. She didn’t even make an eye contact while telling me that. When I told her politely that this is not very customer friendly, she told me that it’s very busy due to $5 burger night. It’s almost like saying .. “u r getting food for cheap, so just shut up and go where u r seated”.

    There didn’t seem to be enough staff and service was very slow. Our waitress even admitted at one time that she got caught up talking and that’s why she had taken so long. Two of us ordered Fish and Chips. They were so salty we couldn’t eat them. Another person ordered a salad and had little to no dressing on it.

    When we got there they had our reservation but said they didn’t have a table for us. The hostess looked and talked to the manager they were able to seat us and still be social distanced.

    Have as bad of service as I have had in a long time. Had to chase down server to order along with second beer. Another server brought food, no silverware, napkins or condiments. Finally had to ask at hostess stand as server was no where to be found.
