We are a Tapas Bar and Restaurant located in the beautiful South Manchester suburb of Chorlton.

Bar San Juan is not just a restaurant with proper Spanish food, it s a place to relax and enjoy with the Spanish way of life: eat some tapas, drink cerveza and have some fun!

San Juan is a tiled tapas bar with traditional decor, serving authentic dishes and imported beer and wine. We aim to provide a little piece of Spain in Manchester.

Am amazing place. You'd never know you was on a street in Chorlton. Felt like you was away in Spain. Fantastic atmosphere,food was amazing and staff couldn't do enough for you. We went there to celebrate and left with such happy memories. Thankyou

Great meal, everything we chose from the menu was delicious. It was a sunny day so we stayed and carried on drinking outside. I really felt like I was on holiday. Excellent service.

San Juan really is one of out favourite eateries. The food is great and the service is excellent. If you eat inside expect it to be rather noisy, but outside is quite quiet. It is always best to book if you want to go at a busy time.

I’ve eaten here a few times and not once have I been disappointed in any way. It’s always busy which creates a bustling atmosphere, the food is delightful & satisfying. The service is just right, and it’s very reasonably priced considering how good the food is. It’s a great authentic restaurant, you really feel as if you’re in Spain for a few hours. Would highly recommend

It is always a joy to eat at Bar San Juan. It really is my favourite restaurant. The food was delicious and a lovely bottle of white wine accompanied it beautifully. We even had the pleasure of Juan joining us for a chat at the end of the meal. I’m booked in again next weekend

The food is always really nice and tasty! However we had to wait for at least 40 mins to get the food even though we were the first ones to arrive. And the staff was really loud, we couldn’t hear ourselves thinking, and we had to shout to be able to hear each other. Other than that we had a nice time at San Juan ☺️

Best tapas I’ve had outside of Spain, the food was very authentic and great value for money. The restaurant itself reminds me of being in Spain, very eclectic and a good atmosphere. Attentive staff even though it was busy. 10/10 :)

Had a lovely midweek lunch at bar San Juan. The tapas was top notch and it went down perfectly with a small jug of sangria. We had 6 dishes between 2 and had drinks all for under £50 which was great value. Would highly recommend
