   I have been going to viejas casino for years and I have been at this restaurant several times. The last 4 experiences including this one have been the worst. Food cold taking up to 45 minutes to take our order and service plus to refill out drinks also waiting time 20 minutes. Also messing up my orders, I don't know if we will return to eat there again.

    I was not impressed with the menu now having to combine with the Cafe. There were no breakfast options like the cafe had all day and it felt a bit crowded. I am really sad to hear the steakhouse bar area is closing that was our favorite we preferably ayres there 3 or 4 times a month.

    Very loud but understandable since it’s open/adjacent to the casino - appetizer and soup delicious but unfortunately the main course was cold - fish and chips/steak frites must be served hot off the grill/ server was attentive at first but must have forgotten about us in the end - if the food was hot the rating would be much higher

    Horrible service starting with the hostess that greets you at the desk. Food was cold and blah, my BLT sandwich was haphazardly thrown together, everything was sliding off, although, the fries were good. We ordered biscuits, they were cold and so crumbly you couldn’t even eat them.

    We have been coming to the restaurant for sometime. The bread short rib is outstanding and the fresh salmon cooked to order it’s delicious. All of the staff waiters front desk are all outstanding they’re all there for the customer and it shows. Considering that it’s a high-end casino restaurant prices are very reasonable. Sometimes the noise level can get pretty high because it’s completely adjacent to a gaming area. We enjoy it and we will be back.

    Mu husband and really enjoyed our breakfast at Baron Long Grill. Our server Omar is very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Our order came out perfect. Thumbs up to OMAR!

    I have been here many times but recently service has been really bad and food not good at all. It wasn't that busy and my server took more than 20 minutes just to bring me a drink. Our food when it arrived it was cold not very good, didn't want to return it because I didn't want to sit there waiting for an hour.

    The server was outstanding and guve us great customer services. The food was ready fast and we were in n out of the restaurant in less then 30 min. The food also tasted so good.

    As usual we enjoyed dinner our sever I wish I could remember her name was phenomenal. Very sweet , friendly and efficient. She had perfect timing from letting us decide on our menu pics, to checking in with us while we enjoyed our food. She knows how to read her guests My favorite pretzel was a little tired maybe old . Noticed that the last few times. But my chicken tacos were scrumptious. Thank you!

    We were celebrating a birthday. The server took way too long to bring out ONE beer for one of the guests, who almost canceled it since she had wanted to enjoy it before dinner and feel better about driving home afterward. After dinner, very little clearing of table, and didn't bring out the bday cheesecake desert until another 15mins or so after paying the tab. No lit candle, no well wishes, no goodbye. No eye contact.. We left carrying our desert to our room. No box, plate and all. Very impersonal and clearly shorthanded.

    We were seated towards the back of the restaurant so the ambient noise from the casino was hardly audible from our table. That meant we had a relatively quiet time and did not have to talk loudly to hear each other...this could vary though if you are closer to the entrance, which is why I wanted to point that out first. Next, the service was very comfortable...nothing rushed so if you are looking for something quickly, this may not be the best place for you. That being said, the reason the pace was comfortable was because we believe everything was prepared from scratch! We had the biscuits and the short rib and the philly cheesesteak. Everything tasted greeeeeeeeat!! We will definitely be back again!

    Wow! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Patricia was our server and she’s just lovely. She was so attentive and helpful throughout the entire meal. We both ordered the filet and it was cooked exactly how we like. The potatoes were so tasty too, it was hard to stop eating but enough food they we had leftovers. Kudos to Aras the food runner. He’s helped us on multiple occasions, but we finally asked his name. He’s such a hard worker and always very sweet. We come here all the time, but this lunch blew us away.
