   We had a wonderful experience here. Wonderful service from the get-go. We had to make a few changes to our booking and had a few tricky dietary requirements and these were managed expertly with no fuss. Lunch on the day was delicious and the staff were knowledgeable, warm and attentive. We were able to sit at our table for longer after our booking until lunch came to a natural close which was so perfect for a long awaited catch-up with old friends. I can’t thank the staff enough for our lovely lunch and for all they did to look after us and make it a truly special occasion.

    Unfortunately the kitchen struggled with rolling out a new menu on the night. We chose the set menu. Over 60 mins from the entree to main. The young waiter did his best and comp’d our 4 glasses of wine. Food was quite nice when it arrived - however we were a bit over it by then.

    We were placed on a share table in a high traffic area. The room was noisy and the wait staff seemed to forget about us. We had to ask several times to be served and whilst the service and food was quite slow, the staff seemed pleasant. The food was nice though the pasta was overly tough (personal preference). At the end of the meal our bill was discounted due to the delays which was nice of our waiter to do. I would consider dining here again if it was less busy and we were seated in a better space.

    Food and service was great! We love it. But, the tables for 2 are too close to each other, it's almost impossible not to participate in the conversation at the tables next to you lol. But besides that, was lovely.

    The kitchen lost our order which became apparent after 40 mins or so. Our delightful waitress apologised profusely making amends with beautiful focaccia bread whilst we waited, then a complementary cheese board to round off the night. The menu was explained in great detail with plenty of time to ask questions and understand the ingredients. As for the main event, we couldn’t fault anything, every morsel was a taste sensation. The coleslaw is to die for! The wine list was equally impressive and the atmosphere has an intimate European style feel to it. Go, you won’t be disappointed!

    We sat outside to avoid the noise inside and had the most glorious summer evening. Delicious and generous food with excellent friendly service. We had the $70 set menu which was abundant and tasty. We will be back.

    Arrived a tiny bit early just to avoid a thunderstorm. Inside we were warm, dry and cozy as the rain unleashed outside and we sipped and picked over a beautiful menu. Everything came out delicious.

    We went to Bartolo to try their Rib eye 1kg steak to celebrate my husbands birthday. However, after finishing our appertizers and wine bottle the waitress told us the Rib eye steak that we have ordered was sold out. Should of told us when we were ordering. So we had to find another place to go for the main. Wasn’t happy at all..

    The food was delayed by over 45 mins, and every time the order was not noted and only half of the stuff was delivered and then we had to sit and wait for either the starter which got cold while waiting for the full order or desert started melting while waiting for the full order again. The options for vegetarians are less and that too expensive and tasteless. I would not recommend going there unless you want to sit and wait for your drinks, food and desserts.
