   I had my bday at Bartolo and it was amazing. Delicious Italian food and generous bottomless brunch selection of drinks. The service was great too.

   We sat outside to avoid the noise inside and had the most glorious summer evening. Delicious and generous food with excellent friendly service. We had the $70 set menu which was abundant and tasty. We will be back.

    Arrived a tiny bit early just to avoid a thunderstorm. Inside we were warm, dry and cozy as the rain unleashed outside and we sipped and picked over a beautiful menu. Everything came out delicious.

    Booked the bottomless lunch for a small hens celebration. Food and service were outstanding!! Everything was so delicious! Our wine glasses were topped up without even asking. Thanks for a great day!

    We went to Bartolo to try their Rib eye 1kg steak to celebrate my husbands birthday. However, after finishing our appertizers and wine bottle the waitress told us the Rib eye steak that we have ordered was sold out. Should of told us when we were ordering. So we had to find another place to go for the main. Wasn’t happy at all..

    The food was delayed by over 45 mins, and every time the order was not noted and only half of the stuff was delivered and then we had to sit and wait for either the starter which got cold while waiting for the full order or desert started melting while waiting for the full order again. The options for vegetarians are less and that too expensive and tasteless. I would not recommend going there unless you want to sit and wait for your drinks, food and desserts.

    Fabulous food, personable service. Wine selection on the bottomless brunch was excellent. We had such a good time. I’ve just removed one star because the air con was really cold- to be fair however, I didn’t ask for it to be changed. Thanks for a great lunch!

    Second visit to Bartolo and it was every bit as good as the first time. Lovely welcome and great service from a friendly, helpful team. The food is amazing. Interesting menu and insanely good flavours. The anchovy butter is to die for. Great ambience too. Love that late night walk ins (us!) are welcomed warmly.

    Chef Liam has outdone himself with this new menu! Big fan from Kittyhawk, Big Poppa’s, Lobo and now Bartolo! Delicious, fresh ingredients, amazing wine list and cocktails to die for! Max and his team were very attentive, friendly, professional and they know their menu inside out! Would definitely bring everyone here! Spatchcock and the tiger prawn pasta take the cake for me! Must try!! 🤤🤤

    Bartolo food was fantastic. We could not try the bottomless lunch as we were only 3 pax. The noise level at the venue was extremely loud which made our experience less enjoyable, i could not have a proper conversation because of the noise…love a Dj but wouldn’t book again if it is going to be that loud.

    Outstanding quality set menu..great value and service. Really pleased I booked this for a ladies lunch birthday celebration. Favourite dishes - anchovy buns, snapper and Italian coleslaw. Everything was seriously tasty. Highly recommend…and will be back!

    The food at Bartolo was excellent, but the service really let them down. They had a very large group that demanded most of their attention - trying to make 20 cocktails at a time is all consuming. So although I understand what was happening, when you have to ask 5 times to order a bottle of wine and then in the end have to go across the road to the Dolphin to finish your afternoon - it's not good. I wouldn't write them off though, 'cos we all understand how difficult it is to get staff at the moment, but it did kinda spoil our lunch experience.
