    Our very first dinner in Galway, and it was fantastic! Great drink selection and so many options for delicious seafood. Small enough space that the service didn't suffer, I've heard different of the Dublin location.

    Dines here on a wet and windy Friday night in Galway. Service was prompt and attentive and the steaks and burgers were cooked as requested and were high quality.

    The food was okay - we went for burgers, but, the price is too much for what you get. With sides extra, you will leave hungry if you spend less than €25 - €30pp The waitstaff were great - really attentive, and the service was quick, but, the food did not justify the price.

    Went on New Year’s Eve, was a gorgeous meal and couldn’t fault any of the dishes we got or the staff. Was slightly overpriced for some dishes (steak was smaller than expected), also €45 for a bottle of what we thought had ordered a house wine. Our own mistake but other than that, staff were lovely and welcoming.

    The lobster we ordered did not taste freshly cooked or the weight paid for. Tables were too small. Noisy and too busy. Not a good dining experience overall.

    Lovely experience. Last minute booking but glad we went here. The woman that looked after us was so lovely I didn’t catch her name but she had blonde hair and glasses. Really friendly. Food was stunning and wasn’t long waiting.

    Be very careful here. Waitress brought down a plate of bread and dips just as we sat and we were charged for them even though we never asked for them. Felt like I was abroad getting scammed with that little trick. Duck wings are usually nice but we're overcooked and burnt. Steak was nice. Very well cooked. Chips were poor. It's like they were re-heated and were Luke warm. Not much taste to them.

    Chain restaurant that is overpriced for what it is. I got the shrimp sandwich and it was $30 for shrimp, mayo and white hoagie roll, no sides. Two other people in my party had the duck wings and enjoyed those.

    A nice spot, not too expensive for the city centre. Not the place to come for a quiet meal, it was full of stag parties when we got there, super loud inside. Duck wings are amazing! Creme brulee extremely disappointing. Not exactly sure what way the kitchen works - our table was just clean from starters when our steaks immediately arrived - would worry me that mains are cooked before starters are called away.

    We had a lovely meal here for my brother’s 21st birthday. The staff were so attentive, and the food was delicious. We also had some fab cocktails to finish the meal. We went on a Friday night and it was a bit empty, but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would definitely recommend!

    Fabulous experience at the beef and lobster. All the food was beautifully presented. Staff were wonderful and attentive. We opted for the surf and turf main course, amazing, the lobster was cooked perfectly. The steaks were very tasty. Calamari for starter were cooked perfectly and the sauce served with it complimented perfectly. We will be back.

    Medium steak was blue. Lobster claw was over cooked, but the lobster body was sushi. Noise levels were astronomical. We were in and out within 40 minutes. Most likely would never go back here except for maybe a margarita.

    The place is good and comfortable to dine in. They were busy when we went there but everything seems to be tidy and clean. However, the food we received was overcooked but they were very apologetic and happy to cook us a new one. We, in the end, got the 10oz ribeye (originally we ordered the cowboy ribeye). The food in general was OK and unfortunately the flavour isn't memorable. We expected more considering the price. Though, we appreciate the front staff as they were very nice.

    Food was poor for the price, especially since it was described as the "Ultimate Beef and Lobster experience ". Staff were pleasant but clueless. Never available when you needed something and clumsy. I get that staffing is an issue instead industry right now. Further evidence here.

    As the name of the restaurant goes, Beef and Lobster are popular on the menu. There are other options too, just the right mix. Service was excellent, music was easy o the ear and not too loud. Would definitely recommend this place and I will be back!
